No! Derek is NOT quitting! Seriously?! SERIOUSLY?!!!! He can't he's "Dr. Derek Christopher Shepherd, Head of Neuro Surgery at Seattle Grace Hospital"! Hopefully Meredith will talk some sense into him. He HAS to continue being a surgeon! The show would be sooooo different with out him working on SGH. I mean say in the off chance he does quit, he'll still be on the show... This is suppose to be the MerDer happy ending! That needs to happen!

He is a surgeon, something (probably/hopefully Meredith) will get him to stay. Hopefully he'll realize that although there is a lot of lives lost, he saved A LOT of people and helped create a cure to help a lot of people in the future.

I'm trying to believe that... WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH ABC??? 3 weeks and they leave us with "Derek want's to quit"????!!!!!! They hate us!

Derek looks terrible in those photos - if he does quit, it will be short lived. I can't believe that we have three weeks till we see the episode.

I can't wait! I'm past mental. I feel SO bad for Derek! Seriously! he was called a murderer when he tried his very hardest to save Jen!

I don't know what's going to happen, but I seriously am nervous about it. Derek looks determined to quit. I wonder what will make him stay....
Something has to happen to give him hope that he is a good surgeon and not a murderer...something, but what?
