I got the feeling the Chief was going to say how everyone makes mistakes yadda yadda, and was made out to NOT be the bad guy by the other two who appeared to be saying in so many ways 'get on and fire her'....

As for other things not said, does anyone know why Alex was mumbling about the carotid artery? I know he is having issues with Izzie but he doesn't normally murmur instructions out loud! : )

@takecarenow he was saying "dont hit the carotid, dont hit the carotid"... (because if he did she wouldve bled to death).

I think the Chief was trying to be nice about it because it was a simple mistake, but on the other hand, it did cost the patient her life so i can see both points of view. Im just happy that one of the mercy west residents is gone (although, i wouldve prefered it to be the other girl).
