Hi ladies! Trisha I actually enjoyed the show tonight, for the first time this season. I got all my heartache for MerDer over last week. I loved Alex and Ava as you did, they are fabulous!!! There was alot of funny stuff tonight--that kid calling Mark daddy was to die for! It will be alot of fun to watch Callie and Cristina living together. And Cristina's new protagonist Dr Hahn will be delicious. It kind of surprised me when Dr Hahn said, I date men, because somehow I always had the feeling she was gay. It made me happy that at least Burke was acknowleged tonight. The whole thing finally gave me a feeling of moving forward, which I have not felt up to this point. Don't get me started about Derek though, why he needs to date after just declaring his undying love...I'm tired of him always being unhappy with Meredith. I am so thrilled for you that you enjoyed this episode Rose. I agree with all of your points Rose especially about Derek...a good kick in the behind wouls satisfy me. Cristina vs Dr. Hahn ... that will be fun. Agreed Rose! I liked that Burke was acknowledged too, it kind of felt like the elephant in the room. Hello? he was around for 3 seasons and now we don't talk about him? It was refreshing. And Derek, saying Meredith is the love of his life and then saying he needs to date? They need to be away from each other for awhile. Something that helped me enjoy the show tonight was that I listened to my Grey's soundtracks today. I haven't since season 4 began because I felt I was moving away from the show, and I didn't feel part of the music anymore. But I did today and it made me happy because its fun music. And Grey's was fun tonight. MerDer, they are just pathetic. But Mer, she made me proud tonight. Especially when she and Lexie walked together down the hallway. Alright, I missed the first two segments of the episode, so I was a bit confused at some parts and I can't really make a comment on how the episode was, but what I can say is that Ava is freaking hot! Last year, she was good looking and all, but she looked like a bona-fined hottie in the episode. And of course Karev dropped the ball, it's what he does best. I'm kind of glad that Norman is gone because he was taking up some of the storylines from the other character. When did Cristina and Callie become BFF's?? I get that she understands Callie's pain, but she has been Izzie and George's friend for like...27 episodes longer!! She should not totally shun the idea of them being together. Anyway, I'll have more thoughts tomorrow, and that ashes thing with Mer and the Chief was kind of weird, but fitting.Posted 10/26/2007 1:00:00 AM #
