MEREDITH HAD CANDLES OUTLINING HIS PROPERTY LIKE A HOUSE AND DEREK SHOWED UP FINALLY. DEREK AND MEREDITH KISSED AT THE END, BUT HE LEFT TO GO BREAK UP WITH ROSE, SO HE AND MEREDITH CAN BE TOGETHER! IZZIE AND ALEX KISSED AND AVA/REBECCA WENT TO A PSYCHIATRIC HOSPITAL. CHIEF AND ADELE WERE MAKING OUT AT THE END. GEORGE KISSED LEXIE AND SHE LOOKED LIKE SHE LIKED IT. I'LL WRITE MORE AS SOON AS I THINK OF IT. SO MUCH GOOD STUFF

Anyone else bawl when Alex and Izzie kissed? I mean Meredith's breakthrough was AWESOME, but Alex just breaking down as he kissed Izzie, literally BEGGING her? I've never seen Alex be so weak. That was amazing.
Izzie and Alex are like Meredith and Derek. Meant to be, I think. It's just going to take them a while to realize it.

@champ_lizzie turns out karev's mom went nuts and he had to care for her as a young boy, and the fact that Rebecca/Ava now has severe mult-personality disorder and required the same kind of care really screwed him up. You finally get to see him break down and react as the vulnerable person we all know is hiding inside there. He begs Izz to kiss him while uncontrollably crying and finally collapses against her in tears.

yeah... they all were about growth... both individuals involved learning a lesson and realizing what is important.

meredith and dererk. shonda said it all ENDS with a good kiss. and all the other kisses happened before meredith and derek. so it has to be them. i mean the camera went back to the other ones, but it has to be meredith and derek. oh my god that was an amazing episode.
