     Creative Conundrum--very nice post!

     Angie--I was wondering the same thing about why they didn't page or call each other on their cells--obviously it wouldn't have had the romantic impact! I have always loved Alex & Izzie together too and will be happy to see them as a real couple if it goes that way. JC was just incredible with Alex's scenes last night.

     I think we all knew we would get this kind of MerDer reunion by series' end, but getting it this season was a stroke of luck thanks to the writers' strike. I am really disappointed with Shonda's writers' blog (part one). I wish she could just be honest with her fans--saying she planned out this finale right down to the candles in the field, immediately following the season 3 finale, is such a crock. As we all read in the well-known interview posted here on Insider, Shonda was quoted as saying she did not originally plan to get MerDer together this season, but after watching all three seasons during the writers' strike she "realized" they needed to be together. Well, as Ellen Pompeo said in her recent interview, "this is Hollywood and people don't admit to making mistakes in Hollywood."

     rose, I agree.

     Thanks to the strike we've all been given this happy end, with cherry on the top. I don't want to think what might have happen, because, if we didn't have that strike, maybe there'd be more epi of Greys, and just maybe such ending would've cross Shonda's mind. I'm just guessing here lol

     But, at least we're all going through the summer break with some happy thoughts, aren't we? :) 

     Despite my feelings, I really CAN understand everything that has happen so far. Many fans were a bit surprised by the fact Pompeo said she'd never say those things, such as "pick me, choose me..." speach, and I can't agree more. But, this is Greys, and I think we'll all be at the very end of the show, despite Shonda's messing with our minds and hearts. Sometimes we need a happy end, we need that big castle and pink glasses, because, sometimes reality is too cruel.

     And we want shows to be real, but still filled with hapiness; we want them to tell stories of our lives, but still be romantic, hopefulh etc.

     i'm soooooooooo haaaapy !!! :)

     this was the best episode ever. it makes me extremly happy when i see derek kissing meredith! and the end was the best..it couldn't end better!

     meredith was so nice at the end! and when derek kiss her i was in heaven! meredith is growing and in that way she and derek will be happy. and i believe that derek will go to rose and end it with her so he could do more that just kisses meredith! :))) i believe in shonda that she won't dissapoint us!

     i have to go, i'll write more next time.

      did anyone else notice, that everyone who was in "the kiss" was wearing red??

     Mrs. Webber, Meredith, Haun, Izzie, Lexie. I dont know if there was anymore but they were all wearing red t-shirts :D. How cute. Anyways i cried and that was the most beautiful episode. I feel in love with those patients and i know i shouldnt have but i did. 

     Just beautiful :D

     first i wanna say sorry about the spoiler i copy from ABC message board. i didn't know that it's a fake spoiler.

     second..i've been watching this episode no sooner than today. but it was worth of waiting. i was like shock, laugh, smile and a lot of cry at the end! i've been watching the last 10 minutes so many times..and all this kisses - OMG! i'm happy for chief and adele, a kiss between alex and izzie was a little sad because of alex :( and i wonder if it's going to be something more beetwen george & lexie =) ? and a  kiss between callie and hann..hmm it was a little weird  - weird because in the past there were no lesbian scene in grey's, but it was still nice and i'm happy for them  :)

     and the last kiss between MerDer!! it took my breath away! all what happend between them was so amazing and romantic and oh my god! first how they've been looking for each other and then when meredith was staying in the 'house' of candle and saying herself how stupid is she etc. and then derek came..and it was so nice that i was crying all the time! and then he came to her and kissed her like they're all alone in the world. but then derek has to go..and i really want him to end with rose and came back to meredith without any complication! but i belive in shonda cuz i want to be happy when i'll be watching next season!

     i want that i could watch 5 season tomorow! but i know it's impossible and we all  have to wait all summer.

     and third..sorry if my sentences are hard to read because my english isn't good but anyway i'm doing my best.

     Hey Angie thanks for the kind words. I do remember last yeat and having to try and keep everyone upbeat. I have always trusted in the Grey's staff to give us the goods. I am glad that I was proven right, even if it did take a while.

     Ok ok awsome finish. I loved it but I loved the second to last song almost as much. It sounded like Amy Winehouse (kinda) but after an hour of searching I cannot find the song. Chorus goes "Lead the way lead the way- show me the answers I need to know 'WHAT I'M GONNA LIVE FOR - WHAT I'M GONNA DIE FOR - WHO YOU GONNA FIGHT FOR', I can't answer that"...

     Does anyone know the name of the group and song title?

     Thumbs up for one of the best tv soundtrack series out there.
