The ER is filled with teenagers after a schoolbus crash, Bailey treats a patient who was her high school crush, Derek goes out on a date with a fellow doctor, and Thatcher comes looking for Meredith.

I am looking forward to this episode (despite the whole Derek dating another doctor, whatever, MerDer will end up together or die trying). I am excited for what Thatcher's return holds for Meredith and Lexie. I hope it helps Mer bond with her, seeing what Lexie is going through will allow her to feel a connection.

Yeah Im most definatly not excited about der and this new girl. But Im hoping that with thatcher coming back that merideth will see what lexie is going through and will cut her some slack

Definitely can NOT wait for tomorrow. Just watched the Mat Kearney 'Breath In Breath Out' music video about 500 times and am anticipating many things for episodes to come... if you haven't seen it, I would watch it! Back to Forever Young: Thatcher will be a turning point, most certainly, and I think that Derek's date will be one, too. We'll find out soon!

Really anxious about tomorrow nights episode. I guess its because I feel like I know where these next few episodes are heading with Mer/Der. You know, even if they decide to split for a while (and we all know its just for a while) it would be hard to watch but you would know there would be so many more episodes ahead to see them get back together. With the strike going on and not knowing how long we will go without a new episode...it may be kinda like their season finale....I don't think I can stand to wait until next Sept. to see what happens to them! I keep remembering what Patrick said in that interview...that whatever decision is made within the next few episodes seems to permanent. (whether that may be together or apart). And then maybe Shonda has planned it that way, for us to think the worst..I mean we all know that Der is going to date somebody else...even Shonda told us that....but maybe it will seem to be the worst case scenario with these two and then out of know where the tables turn and Meredith makes the commitment to Derek and then the episode ends...... What'cha think? Is that wishful thinking or what?

hy I'm a really big Greys fan and i always watch the new episodes online... i also search about the upcomming episodes....and a few minutes ago i found this on http://spoilertv-greysanatomy.blogspot.com/: Episode 4.11: George's mom comes to the hospital to visit and bring baby clothes cause she thinks Callie and George are having trouble getting pregnant. but of course she runs into Izzie and she spills the beans about them having sex and George failing his inter test. Izzie runs off saying she is sorry. but Mrs. O'Malley is very upset! They are Catholic and they don't believe in divorce and they certainly don't believe in adultery. that's all i have on them. Dr. Bailey is very busy with the hospital that she never has time to call back her husband tucker. when she finally does answer the phone she tells him she doesn't have time for him cause she is being paged to the ER and tucker tells her that he is the one paging her. she finds out that baby tuck has been taken in cause he was crushed by a bookcase. and has multiple rib fractures. okay so here is the mer and der stuff its jumps from scene to scene. Mer Between yesterday and today, you had plans drawn up? Der Ive had the plans for months. Between yesterday and today, i decided to share them with you. Mer ...Why? Derek looks at her. Der so nothing's changed. everything is exactly the same as it was. Mer No, Its -- Its a lot.--Its a lot and its really fast and-- Der I'm trying to take the next step. Mer Derek. there are about a hundred steps between where we are and our dream house. they'll be fun steps. they'll be sexy steps. and we'll try not to fall down them. together. okay? Meredith kisses him quickly and walks away. Nurses' station-- night Derek approaches rose at the nurses' station. Bailey(V.O.) We want to know the reason, the secret, the answer at the back of the book. Der Do you want to have dinner with me tonight? Rose looks up, surprised Rose I thought you weren't free. Der Turns out i am. And i want to go out with you tonight. do you want to go out with me? Rose can see the conflict in his eyes, but cant resist saying.... Rose That'd be nice. And that's all i have for you guys. Oh and Erica tells mark that she wont do anything with him. cause the only way she can do her job is if she leaves who she is outside the doors of the hospital. and then she leaves with callie and mark asks them if they are going to Joe's so he can meet them. and Erica just tells him good night and they leave. So can you guys believe it Derek asks that rose chick out!!! i hope they cut that part out cause that ending is gonna be it! that is the last script. that's how its gonna end! I don't know if all of this information is true...but i can just say that the last time i read something on this page it got true.... but i really hope it doesn't, cause I'm a big MerDer fan and that doesn't look good for them...

Does anybody have a clue what will happen here.Im not a Lexie fan,dont hate her,but she is so annoying. I loved when Ava came back,if these two dont get together I give up watching the show,what was the point in bringing her back,this cud of being a defining moment for Alex instead of reverting back to man-whore.It was a big lwt down to see him with Lexie.Im not happy with the storylines this season so far,every1 jumping in bed together,enuf already.And we need more Callie,i hate seeing her get crushed all the time,shes well ahead of the other girls on the show.

Kathy-- I am totally with you. I am anxious about tonight. I think the preview clips have not been very telling like last week's episode's clips... and it's like everyone's whispering behind closed doors... I am still glass-half-full-girl, but I think we are going to see some painful steps backwards before MerDer go forwards... the biggest problem with that is that we are going to be caught in the middle with the strike. Who knows how long until the new epi's start and MerDer can take their steps forward? But I believe they ABSOLUTELY WILL. If we waited out the season 3 black cloud ender, we can wait this one out-- I know it! AustriaFan-- that is classic Derek response. His nature is flight! This is his impulse frustration response-- maybe he thinks Mer's not going forward at all and is stringing him along. He'll eventually come to figure out that she isn't, but the question is when... He wants to take a giant step (one long awaited, of course!) and Mer's stride is not quite that wide! Oh, Der... see what I mean? He's still got some growing to do too... I just hope the next few epi's can give the fans some peace before we have to settle in for the long wait... greysfan08-- you think this season everyone's been jumping in bed all the time? I can never get my husband to watch this show and last night he sat down to watch the last 15 mins of the epi I was watching on DVD-- and wouldn't you know it was epi 10 of Season 2 and that show everyone was sleeping around!! Unfortunate, b/c it only convinced him that he was right about what the show was all about!! Anyway, I disagree about Season 4-- I think it's been great so far! As for Ava & Alex-- I do like them together, but they'd have to bring Ava back more permanently... otherwise I just can't get into it! Looking forward to tonight and an indulgent glass of wine (or 2 or 3)...

Looks like Derek and Meredith may come to an agreement of some kind. Derek may be "dating" But is really just waiting for Meredith. It seems like they are really moving towards Meredith being ready for full on commitment.
