      Big news on season 4 from TV Guide: "Are George and Burke scrubbing out of Seattle Grace OR for good? That's the question viewers were left with after the May 17 finale of Grey's Anatomy, in which George failed to pass his intern exam and Burke packed his things after calling off his wedding to Cristina. 'I literally don't know,' Knight told Access Hollywood about his future on the drama. 'It would be nice to know if I'm suppose to report back soon.' Even more uncertain is Washington's fate. According to his rep, he is not off Grey's, and though he doesn't have a contract yet, he expects to sign one. A source close to the show tells TV Guide that the studio hasn't decided which actors will return next season. However, it's not unusual for a studio to wait until a series is closer to the start of the filming to exercise actors' contract options. Still, the rumors flew earlier in the year that Washington was being force out after using a homophobic slur to refer to Knight, who is gay. As a result of his actions, Washington underwent anger-management counseling and filmed a public service announcement developed by ABC, GLAAD and GLSEN. The PSA, which finally debuted May 24, seemed to please GLAAD as well as costar Katherine Heigl, who had spoken out against Washington after the incident. Heigl, who's doing press for her new movie "Knocked Up", told reporters that she'd like Washington to and Knight to return. 'Isaiah very much values his job and his character and he takes it all very seriously,' she told USA Today. 'I'd hate to see him lose that.' Despite all the questions over which stars will be back, filming on Grey's Anatomy will resume on schedule in July." There is a picture of the characters and next to them there is a blurb about them. Burke: "Reportedly Washington will be back in only a few episodes" George: "Not called back to the set - yet." Let's hope that they are all back! I think that the show would lose a lot if they left. Both of them would have to much of an impact on the show by leaving forever.

      If the story line for the Meredith and Derek characters developed so they went seperate ways (in terms of their romantic relationaship) would you continue to watch the show every week?

      Only if I got the feeling that they where going to get back together. In the end I do not think that it would be possible for them to stay apart forever, because they have too much history and too much relationship left.       I heard today that Season 3 will be released on DVD on September 11, 2007 at least for those in the US and Canada.

      Me too, but at least I have all of Season 3 downloaded on my computer so I can watch it there.

      Seriously! Ok so I was watchng Season 3 Episode 15 (the beginning of the ferry accident) and I'm confused because Shonda says that this season was about you can't have it all and there are no fairy-tales, but in this episode, Meredith tells Izzie she doesn't believe in fairy tales but that she wished she did. So the way I see it Meredith never believed in the fairy tale in the first place....so as you can see I'm confused as to what she's trying to say.

      I think that she says that though and is hoping that they are true. She sees Burktina having it all and thinks that it could be true, but then that all falls apart and she no longer has that hope.

      Hi everyone! I didn't know where to go to say something about tonight's episode so this seemed the best place! did anyone else watch? why did they show last & this week's episodes out of order? Its strange watching these season 3 eps, they seem so long ago! It really was a great season, so intense but alot of humour too...its hard to watch Callie and George getting back together, and Meredith's struggles with her fake family, knowing what happens later on.
