    I know. Pschyrembel, you are right. Patrick Dempsey and Ellen Pompeo since 2005 when "we started this thing" in Joe's bar have just become HUGE. I really hope Shonda doesn't mess too much with that. I don't know too much about the awards but there would be no Grey's without McDreamy and McMeredith and that should say a lot. To every stake holder.

    Hello everyone--just wanted to let you know there is a poster here (a teenager) who is having serious family problems, and has posted under General Grey's gossip, "real life". I'm sure she could use any encouragement anyone would like to give her.

    Gloria.....we are all addicted -- you are not alone! sometimes i feel like my interest goes too far (as my husband loves to point out just to mess with me) but you know what, there are lots worse things we could be obsessing over! so don't sweat it you're among friends here. WE GET YOU! ;)

    In the end, then show is about Grey and because of that her relationship with Derek. I think that it will work out for them, because that is why so many people are watching. We do care about the characters that Shonda has created and we want to see DerMer happy in the end!

    Many of the fans are watching for characters other than Meredith & Derek though, even though Meredith is the one the show is based on...Burke & Cristina have a huge following, and I myself got hooked on the show for Izzie & Denny, although eventually I fell for MerDer.

    Hey rose! yeah I agree with you of course as you all know lol I watch it for Burke and Cristina! :P I do like Merder and completely want them to stay together forever to!! but my main reason I watch is for Burktina! and I do think that both of these couples are going together FOREVER!! cause they deserve to be just because of how much they love each other! Oh and thanks rose for answering my question about the fanart! :)

    Hi all, I've just seen the latest episode. It was hard work though. it took about 2 hours to watch 43 mins!!! there was a lot of stopping and starting. computer on a bit of a go slow!!! it was worth waiting for though. the full episode is on youtube for anyone who is interested. i tried to watch it by other means to no avail. boo hoo!!! anyway i really enjoyed it. i dont know what to say about mer/der. she is trying to communicate now and derek is finding it hard to communicate. there is so much he is trying to say but he is having such difficulty in expressing himself and now meredith is feeling offended. i suppose if i'd just had sex and then had that conversation i would want to leave also and then the fact that he didn't try to stop her. i would really feel dejected. cristina/burke are going really well. i'm looking forward to the wedding. their scenes were very good. i think they communicate really well considering they are people of few words!!! then there is george and izzie. they would make a great couple but i am totally torn. it is a great story but in real life i really think it is wrong to knowingly break up another persons marriage. i have issues!!! i cant condone what they are doing. poor addison rejected by 2 men in one day. not good for anyones ego!!! no wonder she does a runner to L.A.!!! imagine there is only 3 weeks left. what will we do then. i found out on friday night that SEASON 2 (yes only season 2) is starting here in the autumn!!! we are way behind the times!!!
