Crossover Episodes?

I was wondering if any one knows all the episodes of grey's anatomy that crossover into private practice. I am on the third season and I don't want to miss something. I need to know what episodes of private practice I have to watch.

There's an episode of Grey's at the end of the third season, I'm not sure what number but I believe it's called The Other Side of Life. It's an episode of Grey's but they show Addison leaving and going over to there, so it's almost like a pilot of Private Practice. Then in the 4th season there's an episode where Addison comes back. In the 5th season, episode 14 I think, is a crossover with Private Practice and Grey's where you need to know what's going on in Private Practice. That's in the 2nd season of Private Practice. Then I think the third episode of season 6 of greys Bailey crosses over to Private Practice and they are in their third season. Hopefully that wasn't really confusing!

I'd like to use this forum as an oppertunity to ask a question. Which crossover would you like to see? Name one or two characters and if from PP to GA or from GA to PP.

I'd choose Izzie to PP, because I liked her and Addison together.

So, what do you think?
