Kathy, I'm sorry I missed PD's other interview-- he's just so great to watch! He's so down to earth... it's got to be the Maine upbringing :) He and Ellen have got to have a great friend connection off-screen to have that kind of chemistry that doesn't quit on-screen. That would be hard to do with someone you have absolutely no friendship with. As for Ava... I can't imagine she's an intern... or even a nurse. That would make no sense, as it has never been mentioned before.? I'm still looking for some answers on Gizzie. Maybe Shonda is just letting Gizzie fizzle right out and find that they're only just friends. I just can't buy it, when I think of the chemistry we saw in Season 3...Posted 11/21/2007 1:00:00 AM #

It was actually nice to see sexy/flirty Derek back, because, I gotta say, the somber/morose Derek is becoming a real drag. So if Rose is the person he chooses to bide his time with while Meredith unpacks her considerable baggage, that's fine by me. Probably not the answer you were looking for, right? In any event, it'll be a few weeks before we see any serious movement in the Rose/Derek/Meredith triangle. Actually, make that a few months. I'm told the big turning point for these three comes at the end of Episode 11, which was originally scheduled for December but has now been postponed until '08! (Grey's repeats will clog the airwaves throughout December. Isn't this strike just peachy?) Episode 11 also happens to be the final episode before Grey's goes on its strike-imposed hiatus, so that big turning point may end up being a big cliff-hanger. And all I'll say is it involves Mer's chilly reaction to a top-secret project that Derek's been toiling over. What do you guys think of this news??Posted 11/21/2007 1:00:00 AM #

The Ausiello comments have me alittle puzzled even though its just confirming what we kinda already knew. I guess it sounds as if it will be drug out alittle longer than I had hoped. I said I was going to quit reading the spoilers but it just draws me in when I see something and I can't help myself. I think that maybe something positive about Mer/Der will be written and I read what they have to say. Not sure about how we will be left hanging in episode 11. Will Derek ask Rose out on a date when Meredith doesn't show any signs of moving any closer to his plans and thats how it will end or will there be any sign before episode 11 ends to make us think that Mer/Der will get it together? I have a bad feeling about the way we will be left at the end of the 11th episode. I really hope the strike is resolved so we can get our happy ending and I still BELIEVE WE WILL! First of all I'm on Team Rebecca/Ava!! But I think you guys already knew that. I'm not letting myself get all psyched about the spoilers for Mer and Derek. I know what's in store and I've prepared myself for the fact that the journey is probably more rewarding in terms of seeing Mer and Der together. I may be frustrated along the way, but I'm willing to go on this adventure Shonda and company are putting together and I have faith it will end the way it should with Mer and Der together. If it doesn't, I'll be pissed, but it's not my story to tell. So once again, I'm surrendering to the process .... Not sure why Rebecca would be wearing scrubs this episode. The strike is really gonna put a damper on things since the parties go back to the bargaining table on November 26 and even if they settle next week, that still means that production will be behind by almost 4 weeks so there will be interruption to season 4. Can't wait for tomorrow night and Rebecca/Ava coming back.Posted 11/21/2007 1:00:00 AM #

Kathy, i just have this feeling that we are not going to like the cliffhanger what ever it is. the fact that so many people are bored with merder storyline may actually make some people to welcome the der/rose r/ship than expected. i just hope to God shonda wont decide to make rose a regular like she did with addison.Posted 11/22/2007 1:00:00 AM #
