   Anyone know who makes the necklace Izzy is wearing when she wakes up Dr. Bailey to start the central line in a patient? It's round with a stone in the middle. Made out of silver or something. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

   (sorry to barge in here, but people are still asking for this speech from last week in sometimes a fantasy and I already posted it over there but apparently they didn't see it. Thought they'd find it here more easily.) Meredith: What exactly is going on here? Derek: He’s crashing our date Finn: Where do you think I got that idea? … Meredith: Enough. This is not dating.
