That works for me Matt. I could see mer and Der having a lot of fun and not worrying about the overserious right now. As Derek said, Mer isn't ready for that and he was asking too much of her to suddenly get the commitment and communication he ultimately wants. But as you said Matt, he realizes this and is willing to wait. I think they need to pick up from where they were in Season 1 prior to Addison showing up, because that event pretty much resulted in a big kink in the chain that threw Meredith for a loop in Season 2 and then life just came crumbling down in Season 3. So I can see Mer and Der just taking it easy and having the fun they were having and getting time to just have fun together like they started to do in Season 1. I'm still sitting in my conference, but heading home this afternoon. My sister is coming over to watch Episode 1 since she doesn't have cable and I got her hooked on Greys last season. This season she's going to come over every Thursday to watch with me. Isn't it great how a TV show can bring family together. LOL Talk to you all later. ok I modify my opin ion above somewhat ... Derek didn't look too happy to hear Meredith say "sex and mockery" (which most of us are still trying to attribute meaning to) on the preview: As I said Thursday night, if Meredith means a "friends with benefits" kind of arrangement, I don't think Derek will go for that ... I don't think I can handle another "real" break-up regardless of Shonda's comments on the podacst that Meredith and Derek could never leave each other. I was hoping maybe we heard wrong and she didn't really say mockery---but it even says that on the homepage today. I'm not liking the sound of that at all. Hey guys, I think people are overeacting, I mean season 1 and 2 were real great, but not everything can be bright and shiny! they are going to recapture the fun this season, and things will be more light, but it´s just wrong for people to say that the show looks like a soap. They are doctors and things goes wrong sometimes deal with it! and i think we are gonna have mer and der like season 1, they really need it, and about lexie I thing that she´s not the bitch that everyone enttiled her.
