wow. i cant imagine still being in season three. im so happy season 4 is here. i loved season three, dont get me wrong, but i just know 4 will be much better, more bright and shiny, and funny, like the old greys. i mean c'mon, a freaking deer, i love how george thought izz was calling him bambi. shes like, no im bambi, if anyone around here is a sad little cartoon character its me. and my fav quote of the whole epi; mer to cristina. Wow, it's the morning after and I'm still on a high because Grey's is back. I'm not worried about Meredith she's on her way, and she proved that by choosing to go see Derek rather than Lexie. With Derek by her side, Meredith can grow (as Matt says). i think if there is going to be a dark period this season, it will have to be for Cristina. Burke is gone and there is a permanency to it which can't be overlooked and I so feel for Cristina. I mean when Addison came and derek chose her over Meredith, we kind of all knew that couldn't be the end. That is not the case with Cristina, so I would expect some dark days ahead for her. Alex, wow, I thought that it was a huge thing for him to admit he missed Rebecca. Hopefully his journey is just beginning, and we actually see him have a relationship of some kind. I know many of you like Izzie and George, but I tell you, I could totally see a George and Lexie. There's an understanding there and a connection. We'll see what happens. Bailey, well she's Bailey and pissed as ever. I love that. And last but not least Mark. The highlight of the night (save and except the break-up sex, MORE BREAK-UP SEX I SAY) was Mark telling Derek he came to Seatle for him. Notice when he laughed after he said that...I'm sure that was no acting laugh but probably a bit of real laughing. Well next week looks good so far. I'm still geting used to the fact that a new episode is just a week away......wow. Well I'm off to my conference and will check back with everyone later. WOOHOOPosted 9/28/2007 1:00:00 AM #

Although I enjoyed the season premiere, I got quite confused by the deer saving segment. I'm quite sure I have seen this kind of incident on tv before. Was it an episode of E.R.? Or some other medical show? Did anyone else get this strong sense of deja vu?Posted 9/28/2007 1:00:00 AM #

I seriously think the whole deer storyline was their way (meaning the powers that be at the show) of getting back at KH for the whole contract hold-out and all the bad press she put out there re: IW when she should have kept out of it. It was over the top -- even for Grey's and she came off looking so Dr. Doolittle-ish and just plain whacky. Actually I don't care what else happened during the epi---Der/Mer are together!
