     I think maybe if Derek stops placing too many expectations on Meredith, the relationship will just come naturally for them. Since he's already shown that he totally gets her and what she's been through and how's she's feeling, I think he might just take a step back and let things move along organically. Neither one of them is interested in anyone else and they "broke up" and had sex all at the same time. LOL He knows she wants to be with him, but she just can't seem to get things to fall into place all at the same time. He'll wait until she can and in the meantime, he's got an awesome "friend with benefits"! ;)

     AMAZING!! this episode was great. i felt so bad for all of them most of the time though. merder at the end made me happy though! i knew they couldnt break up... and o'mizzie?!?! wow! wasnt really expecting that that fast! i'm happy for them though.. i hope it works out.. i like o'mizzie more than george/ callie. next weeks looks crazy though. i can't wait!

     I thought Bailey was so great tonite---Callie deserved all the snide comments thrown her way. She was demanding respect from everyone without having earned it first. She seemed so totally clueless it was sad--she was definitely in over her head.
