     I bought the DVD at Best Buy, but there was not bonus disc, I guess they where out.

     I bought mine at Wal Mart and they had the extra dvd so if u can buy it there but make sure it says on the front about the bonus because mine had a little sticker I'm in Canada so I don't know if it will be the same in the States but its worth it to check! just to let everyone know!

     That's awesome Irish......good news. So I bought the version with the bonus disc....makes no sense to me why they even bothered selling a version without the disc....anyone who's going to buy Season 3 is gonna want to see the bonus disc....stupid marketers!!!! Anyway, now I have 2 copies of Season 3...guess I'll give the extra one to my sister.

     Hi Y'all I really miss talking to all of you, but I have been so busy this week I just got to watch the episode being aired Wednesday last night - can you believe that? It was the one where Ellis Grey is mentally clear and you can tell from that episode I only know less then half then you all know, because even though I red the episode guides and the quotes it was totally different in my opinion. Things that happened make much more sense now. I didn't know what Mer was saying to her mother about Derek and the love she feels about him. Actually Ellis put her into that crisis, made her want to drown and actually, yeah, sorry I have to say that, Derek didn't react like the perfect guy to that crisis if he takes away his support from Meredith right at that point (but he's still good looking at doing wrong ;-)) Izzie and George makes more sense, even Cristina and Burke not getting married makes sense - sort of, even though it would have been better if IW stayed on the show to see how it develops. Next week we will get to the fairy boat and I will not be able to watch it earlier than Friday, maybe Saturday... So think of me as you enjoy your marvelous new dvd! Just kidding, Pschyrembel

     That episode does explain a lot. I think that it does really explain Derek. He is so protective of her. After that because he feels responsible for her drowning. He believes himself to be her knight in shinning whatever. He thinks that he should have been there for her. After she wakes up, Derek is always there for her and Meredith kind of clams up. She does not talk much and Derek is fearful that Mer will disappear again. He does not not know that she got resolution with her mother and that she has a new lease on life and he is drained, trying to be there for her and live his life; which his professional is not turning out in the way he wants. He lays it out for Mer in the last episode. He loves her and wants her and cannot quit her. If she does not want him then he asks her to tell him and let him go. I could see this season them have a hiatus from their relationship to allow Mer to grow and become more ready for a relationship. Not that they would be dating others, but would be growing so as to be better for each other. Or they could be together and grow together. In the end, they will be together, it is just the road that they take to get there.
