     I totally see your point....BUTTTTT I think there is enough MERDER fans to carry the ratings... Burke was one aspect of the ensamble cast (that alot of people didn't like) and Addy was kind of a back burner storyline this past season. I mean she was in a lot of scenes but no real storyline other than sex with Alex. I don't think the ratings will hurt at all! Me personally I can totally see storyline wise why burke is no longer there. The first 4 episodes of season 3 there is all kind of foreshadowing that burke might not be around a long time. PLUS... There is IZZY, GEORGE, CALLIE, CHIEF, MCSTEAMY, YANG, ALEX, and a whole slew of other characters that people are interested in.

     Hey Pink Mist... I actually disagree. Many people liked Burke, but didn't like Isaiah Washington. Not sure about S4 yet.

     I agree Dinofigg. I really don't have an opinion on Isaiah Washington but I wouldn't say I'm a huge fun. That being said, I really liked the character of Burke and I thought he brought an interesting dimension to the show and the relationship of the other doctors. I will certainly miss his chracter. We'll just have to see what the dynamic is like in Season 4...like everything, things evolve and people move on....not too long now!

     About the deleted scenes, there is an 8th bonus disc (apparently only available at Best Buy)which has the MerDer scenes,I mentioned yesterday. Someone has put them on youtube. They are really good MerDer scenes.

     I guess now I'll run over to Best Buy to get the bonus disc. I don't understand why they didn't include the disc with Season 3. Makes no sense. does anyone have the link for the video on you tube.
