I think that the new interns are going to be seen in relation with our new residents, plus George will most likely be returning to repeat his intern year, so he will be seen more with them than with the new residents. I am excited to see what the changes are. Maybe this means DerMer might be together. I am still hoping to see Izzie and George together as well, but I have a feeling that Callie and George might stay together now since Shonda seems to be caving to the dissenters.Posted 7/6/2007 1:00:00 AM #

i hate that shonda is doing rewriting in the izzie/george thing, i mean, there has been way more backlash when she messes up merder and she never does rewrites for them. and i get what she's trying to do, she just pretty much burned everything to the ground so she could start fresh with it all. i dont know if i like that or not, but im ver anxious to see where season 4 is going to go.Posted 7/7/2007 1:00:00 AM #

hi everyone--hope you are all enjoying the beautiful summer weather. i haven't posted in a while, but i've been lurking here and there. i guess i've just been so disgusted with all the IW drama that i really didn't have much to say. anyhow here i am again. lol yes PINK...only 2 months or 10 weeks to go!!! shades....how do we know that shonda is doing rewrites in the izzie/george relationship? i thought in her podcast she claimed she has wanted them together since day 1. am i wrong about that? ughhhhhh the threat of lexi coming between der/mer turns my stomach every time someone mentions her name. but i have a sinking feeling we're all gonna be yelling about that very thing come september/october. i hope i'm wrong.Posted 7/9/2007 1:00:00 AM #

Please tell me that Gizzie is officially dead.— Kenni Ausiello: Well, they're not officially dead, but it's not looking good for the embattled lovebirds after they got eviscerated in a recent focus group. A source close to ABC tells me that George and Izzie polled 95 percent negative, leading one of the 200 or so participants to conclude that, "Gizzie will be dropped." (I hereby take back all the bad stuff I've ever said about focus groups. I love focus groups. Focus groups are awesome.) Expect changes to occur in the season premiere as the title is “A Change Is Gonna Come.” The premiere will see new interns enter the medical world. One, who is supposed to be named Thomson, helps deliver a baby on the interns’ first day on the job. Grey’s Anatomy episodes would not be the same without a wacky case. In this episode, the wacky case is that of a young boy bringing his bleeding female raccoon pet to the hospital in the hope a doctor will save her. Source: TV Squad Clara, who is with her two young children, discuss the status of her husband Henry with one of the doctors. Henry has suffered extremely traumatic injuries during a car accident. The doctor says that the only thing holding Henry’s head to his body is skin and muscle and that he will surely died very soon, even with surgery. A boy brings a near-dead racoon to Seattle Grace in the hope they will be able to save it. His father wants his son to grow up and stop living in a make-believe world. Some of the doctors need to deal with new stressed out interns. One of the interns will help deliver a baby. They are also seeking a new recurring male character to compete with Patrick Dempsey’s Dr. McDreamy just found these.. i'm sure you guys probably already knew them though! I'm so nervous!!! I hope that the focus isn't drawn to the new interns! I like all of the characters and there is just sooo much to catch up with! Here I was thinking we'd only have to deal with Lexie for 13 or so episodes....arrgghhhh As I've said before, as long as she doesn't mess my MER/DER then she can stay. I think a lot will change in Season 4, and it all started with IW being fired.....again I hope the new interns aren't too prominent as we have a lot to deal with next season...we still don't know much about Alex's past and what makes him tick; there will be the aftermath of what happens to Christina; the whole MER/DER of it all of course; Addi leaving and Mark coming into his own!!! So much to deal with....so I don't want new interns hogging up screen time. Now I know I haven't been around much this summer, but I'm sure many of you remember me talking about staying busy over the summer so the wait to Season 4 wouldn't seem so long...well very busy I have been and the weather is nice so I generally don't spend much time behind the computer. I went on a mini-vacation to Seattle and it was so cool to see the city where Grey's is set to take place (even though they really film in LA). I got a pair of Grey's scrubs while I was there....too funny. Anyway...I miss you all and I can't wait to see what happens in Season 4 Episode 1 and then to chat with all of you about it. what are everyone's thoughts about a possible lexi/alex pairing??? we know that mer and alex have a special relationship. maybe her sister will also have an attraction to alex, but take it a step further because she knows that derek is OFFLIMITS to her! we can only hope. i agree with what others are saying that if derek goes with lexi it will totally destroy all of his "mcdreamyness". messing with your ex's (if they are indeed exes) sibling is a big no-no. by the same token, messing with your sibling's ex is a big no-no and a sure way to get us to despise a new character. i hope this is not what shonda is looking to create for us.Posted 7/12/2007 1:00:00 AM #

Well we are half way through this 4 month drawn out saga of waiting til season 4 starts!!!!!!!!!Thank god...I can't wait til season 3 comes out and season 4 starts..my season 1 and 2 are worn out to say the least. I think season 4 is going to be a ride like none other. Just think if GA is on for a total of 7 seasons...we still have 4 seasons to go...thats a long time...THATS GREY'S ANATOMY TIL 2011...So settle in, don't get too frustrated, MERDER have a long way to go before they can really "be" together. We are going to get some bumps and bruises along the way and we as fans will scream and yell, laugh and cry, but at the end Shonda would not screw us on our happy ending.
