That is weird, isn't it? Why would he not continue to be Bailey's intern. It is strange anyway you get to teach people after a year of practice - I am pretty much sure they cannot learn as much from our just-residents then from somebody with more experience like Bailey. But I remember it was like that on scrubs, too. Anyway I am excited about all news. Ham or eggs - oh, I remember - and it fits good with Derek asking Meredith if she is in or out and confessing he is in this relationship and for that cannot get out of it on his own.Posted 8/26/2007 1:00:00 AM #

I agree Pschyrembel. I watched the previews again and there's no way that our interns (now residents) would be having interns of their own after just one year especially being surgical residents where residency takes upwards of 7 years. They haven't even begun doing surgeries on their own yet. I mean Christina was still asking Bailey if she could scrub in on the season 3 finale. I would find it surprising if Shonda were not to have done her research on that. I checked out some of the websites about surgical residencies and most of them said that you're not in a teaching position until 5th year. hi all, ive just seen the promo - i'm really excited - i loved the mer/der/lexie scene. cant wait for season 4 to start. hopefully we will have it around the same time as you guys and not over a year behind. we will be finished season 3 in october and it is expected that season 4 will commence straight after - yipee. we are in the middle of the drowning episodes. ausfan - i will be interested to hear if you can hold out from watching on the internet - im not even going to try - the suspense would kill me!!! although it does dull the excitement a bit when you do eventually get to see it on tv. Pschyrembel, yes have totally given up on summer. it was a wash-out literally!!! rain rain and more rain. just back from paris this morning and the weather was fantastic, it was roasting hot and the sunshine - heaven!!! are your children back in school soon - mine are all back this thursday - i will now have to drop to 3 different schools and get to work for 9.00 - i hope i can rise to the challenge!!! only a month to go - where did the past 3 months go - i dont think i will ever be right after the season finale - i still reach the depths of despair when i think of it!!!Posted 8/27/2007 1:00:00 AM #

So I made a horrible revelation last...I will be stuck on a plane on my way to a conference on the night of September 27 which means I'll be taping the season premiere and won't be able to watch it with all of you.
