the question is: is Izzie gonna die anyway? you know i don't want her to, but at greys everything is possible... and i know that now it looks like Derek's gonna save her, she's gonna live and everything's gonna be ok again... but at greys when's something looked like it's been gonna happen it hasn't... maybe it will be Izzie's death what brings Derek back :-(

I still think it will be Meredith's gonna propose... or maybe, remember - when Cristina said that Chief has never proposed his mother, Meredith thought that was romantic...

Question: You got anything on the Mer-Der proposal on Grey's Anatomy? --CasAusiello: Mer not only learns about the engagement ring in next week's episode, but she sees it, too. Unfortunately, the circumstances are less than ideal in both cases.

Izzie and Alex?
I found this: “I would expect Alex to shut down a little bit if something awful happens to Izzie but these are opportunities to see his chivalrous side and his true love for her, so there should be some interesting stuff coming up,” reveals Chambers.
Shonda Rhimes's said that there'll be a beautiful wedding in the end of this season but that she's not saying that it'll be Mer's and Der's. When I'm reading this I just think that maybe we'll see Izzie's and Alex's wedding...

Maybe Derek will be the new Chief - in the ep will be Adele and I'm sure it will be her typically Richard-quit-or-I-leave-you action, so Derek could be the Chief, no surgeries, no lifes to save, but I can't image Derek just doing papers....

I think it will be Meredith who's going to propose and it could be in this ep... You know something like Love you, need you, don't leave me, wanna stay with you forever... but no matter what is going on it will be very very sad episode :-( a very sad 3 weeks to 12 march...
