  1. caption contest winners

    hey so is anyone else not able to see the winners for the caption contest (i'm pretty sure that it was for the past 2-3 weeks that the winner hasn't been showing up underneath the picture).. i click on the link and it just takes me to the original site for that week's caption contest with no announcement of the winner.. i dunno i was just wondering.. this pretty much makes my monday mornings :) but so its been kind of a bummer the past two mondays without it

     

    ps. i know this isnt really grey's gossip but i wasn't sure where to put this.. sorry

  2. i'm confused, please someone explain- regarding writer's strike

    ok so i completely support the idea that the writers should be adequately paid for shows which are watched on the internet, don't get me wrong. But i am also a huge fan of the show and i hate to think that soon i won't have my weekly grey's fix (it literally gets me through the week). so here is my question.. is shonda rhimes striking? not one of these articles posted here has mentioned her, and i'm just wondering why she can't write more episodes. i know she's technically executive producer or whatever but she also is creator and head writer i believe so i just wish she could give us some more episodes, but i guess that would be showing a lack of support for those on her writing staff. anyways.. lemme know your opinions..

  3. Kung Fu Fighting

    ughhh all this mer/der stuff is frustratingggg. i am a huge fan of Friends and this is all just a little too much like the whole ross/rachel fiasco. much like ross and rachel, mer and der are MEANT TO BE TOGETHER and we all WANT them to be together so why can't they just be happy already? goodness. Also, the episode this week is only 7 minutes longer, not 30 minutes like some people were saying.. just fyi. i would also just like to mention something about izzie and george because i looooove them and i'm excited to see where things go with them this week now that george and callie appear to be officially over. i am intrigued by the promos when izzie states that they are going to have "hot sex", but i am also a little concerned. again, going with my love for Friends, i think that izzie and george might turn into a relationship much like rachel and joey, where they seemed like a perfect match until it was time to have (sober) sex and things turned awkward and everyone realized that they were just muuuch better as friends. i REEEALLLYY hope that does not happen with izzie and george, or if it does i really hope that they can go back to the friendship they had before callie came along.. anyway tell me what you all think!

  6. Favorite Grey's Song/Moment?

    ok i think that if i had to pick a favorite grey's moment, it would definately be izzie and george in the linen closet.. they didn't even say anything but the scene was so emotional and i loved it. i love izzie and george!!

  7. what will the interns specialties be?

    is anyone else wondering what cristina, meredith, izzie, and alex are gonna pick as their specialties? personally i think izzie is gonna pick neo-natal or whatever it was called that addison did, as for cristina definately cardio i bet.. but meredith and alex i'm unsure of.. i dont really think alex is gonna stick with plastics, i think itd be cool if he picked neo-natal too.. anyways.. what are everyone else's opinions?

  8. who will be the new attendings?

    i just randomly thought of this today, there are only 2 attendings now.. we've heard about the new interns, but what about a new cardio surgeon, or who's gonna be the hospital ob/gyn? is anyone else wondering about this?

  10. who will be the new attendings?

    haha i totally agree, and also, i was thinking maybe dr. hahn was going to be the new head of cardio because that was the plan like waaay back when dr. webber asked burke to be the next chief.. but i feel like we would have heard something if the actress had signed on for a full or partial season contract... all i know is i CANNOT WAIT until september 27th!!!
