Luv4 you hinted at something that has been going through my mind too. I've wondered if Alex and Ava's story is going to mirror Izzie & Denny's--its starting to look that way.

Irish--I know how that feels when you can't watch, but at least its not the finale!!! Will you get to see PD in Made of Honor? I haven't seen it yet, should be going within a few days. My youngest went with his girlfriend and said it was really good! Have a great time being away!

Spoilerfix quoted Entertainment Weekly some time back as saying Rose will be in all five episodes. That was before they planned a 2-hour finale, but who cares, as long as we know she is going to be history!
The previews look SO GOOD, I cannot wait until tomorrow night! Its great to have that ol Grey's excitement back again!

Hi Irish, Hafsa--how are you girls? yes the site sure is quiet, but I guess thats happened over quite some time, and may not change until season 5 is underway. Oh the previews look SO GOOD! I cannot wait until tomorrow night! isn't it great to feel that ol Grey's excitement again!
Hafsa I am concerned about Gloria too, she has not posted in way too long. I hope she isnt ill, I know she's had health problems before.

I agree completely with BF about them making Burke out to be the bad guy. I am glad they are finally bringing Cristina some closure, but don't like them doing it at the expense of Burke's character and the Burktina relationship, at all.
I am more than thrilled with the healing they are showing in Meredith and with MerDer. NOT at all happy about Derek having slept with Rose, the fool.
Gloria, Hafsa, where has everyone disappeared to? just when I can finally post, lol!

Thanks Trisha, good to see you too! Many of us were not able to post on Insider the past few months because of technical problems they were having. Fortunately they fixed things just in time for the new episodes. Yeah I am here getting my MerDer fix right along with the rest of the addicts, lol.
Matt, loved your summary esp the MerDer part--gave me the chills. I loved Derek talking about him & Meredith with the champagne bottle, "when we get it right...and we will get it right" (or something like that)....I thought that was ultra romantic.
I am really getting fond of Lexie, and of Lexie & George's friendship. PLEASE keep them just friends, writers! Laughed so hard at Mark tonight, especially the look on his face when Bailey was talking to the nurses about him...

Great new interview with Ellen Pompeo in Entertainment Weekly! She confirms mine and many fans' opinions that Shonda was badly managing her two shows, and how much it was hurting Grey's--even PD is quoted as calling last season's plot devices jumping the shark... the writers' strike forced Shonda to rethink her creative game plan and finally listen to the fans. As I've posted previously, we can thank the writers' strike for giving us our Grey's back.

Gloria! my gosh I thought the site died again--where is everyone? should we go back to the group emails, lol? anyhow, I was thrilled with the show too. Very excited over MerDer! As McDreamy says, the ANTICIPATION is the best part, and we KNOW what's coming! Did you see those great previews for next week???
I too loved Addy and wished she could stay. Who knows, maybe she will come back to SGH from PP, depending on how her show does next season.
I was thinking the exact same thing about the disgusting way Hahn treats Cristina--that would NEVER be allowed in a teaching hospital! I think a doctor could lose their job if they refused to teach like that. There is just no excuse for it, especially with a brilliant young surgeon like Cristina, who knows cardio is her specialty.
I have to gently disagree with both your and BF's interpretation of what Hahn said to Cristina. I didn't see it as being complimentary at all. Hahn said, you are not lacking in talent or ability, so don't look to me for approval...to me she was forced into admitting that Cristina was capable, but made sure she did not word it as praise. And Hahn missed the whole point--Cristina was NOT looking for praise, she just wants what she deserves, to be taught!!
You know I like Brooke Smith the actress, but I REALLY dislike Hahn the character. I personally have felt since day one, that Hahn's treatment of Cristina is related to her relationship with Burke, and his mentoring of her. Hahn's professional jealousy of Burke was very obvious.
I really think Meredith is going to choose Neuro as her speciality, possibly by the finale, what do you guys think?
