Sandra, as far as reviews--i believe Shonda wrote this one and for her it was fairly slow paced. Way too much storyline spent on 3 middle age women patients who got in a car wreck, and their ensuing soap opera drama. But it was good, great really to see all our characters back in action. Lexie was trying to get somewhere with George, and in the end realizes he doesn't have feelings for her more than friendship, just like he told her Meredith didn't have for him.
BF are you typing up the ep for Irish? you are better at remembering the whole thing--Sandra, Rose took a job on pediatrics but it was so funny, she told Derek she was acting crazy because she was carrying his child--and then she burst out laughing like, psyche! and she had stabbed him in the hand with a ten blade during a surgery.
MerDer is going to live together in Mer's house.

Good morning everyone! TODAY is the day we've all been waiting for, the anticipation is just incredible! It feels fantastic to be this excited about our Grey's again. Hey everyone! I am not able to post as often as i'd like to because am up to my neck w/household problems at the moment. did you all enjoy the Emmys last night. I too was diappointed Chandra or Sandra didn't win, but as was said here, the competition was extremely tough. I thought PD looked super hot when he presented with SO.
Re the comments about Patrick and Jillian--I agree to a point and Gloria i'm sure you are right in what you observed about Jillian. But I do want to say something, not so much in PD's defense as just what I think may be true. PD has been considered one of the world's major sex symbols for the past several years. All you have to do is read fan comments anywhere to see how females of all ages are wild about him. I remember reading some stuff about Mel Gibson in his younger days and how predatory women could be with a man that hot. I do think Patrick's constant referrals to his wife and family have been his efforts to disuade women from perceiving him as a sex symbol image in his private life. And I think he has done a good job of building his image as a family man who is not interested in fooling around.
I don't know about you girls but I would certainly have some insecurities if women all over the globe made no secret that they wanted my husband! and along with that they want to get rid of me! I have seen many times fans posting that they prefer Patrick with Ellen and wish they could get rid of Patricks' and Ellens' spouses. All everyone talks about is what hot chemistry PD and EP have working together. And its obvious how well they get along, how friendly they are, and how protective he is of her. Now maybe a very secure person could deal with that with no problems but it doesn't surprise me that they have to work at it.
I heard Donny Osmond talk once about how mean female fans were to his wife when he married her 25 years ago at the height of his pop star popularity. They sent hate mail and death wishes to her. Sorry behavior for our sisters but there you go...so I can't fault the Dempseys too much.
