Good morning ladies! you know its funny, I saw Kevin McKidd in Made of Honor and didn't find him the least bit attractive. His hair was bleached blonde and combed back and he was clean-shaven. And his character being on the cold side, he reminded me alittle of that Russian boxing champ who killed Apollo Creed in Rocky IV. So I was very unprepared for him to be this hot hot hot Army doc! and I have a weakness for guys in uniform so I really hope they keep him wearing his for the duration, lol!

Hello everyone! Gloria good to hear from you, loved your reaction to Cristina's hot kiss with Army Doc! Do you know how much I love Shonda now for finding that man???? No matter how frustrated we may find ourselves with Shonda at times during this series, it cannot be denied she has an outstanding talent for casting the hottest of the hot!
Irish I have no real complaints about the episode either. It flowed well and kept me glued to the set. Like Gloria said, everything seemed fresh again and so exciting to see all our well-loved Grey's characters back on the screen. Especially for me because I really didn't watch any GA during the hiatus.
My favorite part was Cristina laying back and admiring Major Hunt as he worked on her, and him looking over at her with that smile...WOW, the chemistry between those two! Funniest line had to be Alex telling the lady she was in a spaceship going to the moon and enjoy the ride. Actually a tie between that and Rose faking Derek out about being pregnant!
Irish everytime you mention relaxing in front of the fire with a glass of wine it sounds sooo good...especially because I am really tired right now. ttyl...

Hello ladies! Hafsa you poor thing, our hearts are bleeding for you! we understand your pain! Belgian, so sorry you didn't like the SP. Irish, loved your thoughts, I have lots to respond but this is going to be an unexpectedly busy day so will have to post tonight. I just loved the premiere too! I feel all the ol' Grey's magic back again. Oh and Sandra, my 6 sons are all grown men now. Ages 21-32, youngest & oldest two are my Grey's watching buddies. They thought the SP was great too. Glad I'm not your boys this week lol!!! ttyl...

501 Dream A Little Dream Of Me
Hi Trisha--I've re-watched 3 times now! what a great beginning to the season. I could see Lexie and Mark together if they allow Mark to have a real relationship.
Besides wanting Owen there for Cristina (and for me) I love the idea of bringing in a protagonist to shake things up among the attendings. Loved his confrontation with Derek. By the way, I thought PD looked especially hot last night. In season 3 when he and Jillian were expecting the babies, he had gained some weight and his eyes always looked puffy. He looks as good this season as he ever has.

Hey Angie! I was hoping to see you here girl! yaah really pumped about last night! The Kiss was the best thing of the whole two hours!!! I am signed up for the duration if Major Hunt comes aboard, lol!
My favorites from the premiere were: loved Bailey stealing patients from Mercy West. Loved crazed stalker Rose, especially telling Derek she is carrying his child and then going like, psyche! Loved Hahn calming Callie's panic in her experimental surgery. Loved Derek telling Mark that Mer would tend to his hand and Der sneaking in a marriage proposal. Loved most of all Cristina laying back and smiling as she watched Owen work on her and him giving her that look...WOW!
Did-not-likes were only a few--too little MerDer and too much car crash soap drama. Alex needs to be allowed to be the man we've seen of him. Bringing him constantly back to old damaged Alex is really getting old.
