1. Where The Wild Things Are

   When I paused it to get a closer look, it looked like Rose was talking to Lexie by the flowers. And I bet she's talking about Derek...bummer.

   Well at least we know for sure that we only have to stand a few more episodes without Mer and Der together, but for some reason I have a hunch that there is going to be some twist, and the Mer/Der reuniting won't be what we all think it is. Maybe it will though...I guess you never know with Shonda.

   Plus..Shonda made us all so mad at the end of third season and beginning of fourth, so maybe she'll make it up to us by like having Der propose or something. HOW SICK WOULD THAT BE!?!

   6 days!!

   Yes, seriously...if there is a side to choose between Derek and Meredith, I am definitely on Derek's side. Meredith has way to many issues for one person. My god can't she just get over heself, start trusting people, and let Derek love her? I don't understand why letting Derek love her is so hard. She just needs to grow up and learn that life sucks sometimes, but not everything has to suck all the time. I feel like she is setting up this pain for herself. Honestly, if McDreamy asked me to marry him, there would be no hesitations whatsoever.

   You know, as much as i dispise myself for saying it, i really don't think rose is that bad. she's definitely the anti-meredith. she knows what she wants. she's pretty. she is relaxed. she eats candy a lot. she is just what derek needs. don't get me wrong, i adore merder, but right now i need something new to adore. rose might not be such a bad change. especially if she is just the person who will make meredith frickin grow up, so she realizes what she is missing. btw, did you see the way derek was looking at meredith at the end of the episode? oh my goodness! he totally still loves her. he doesn't want her gone. but he may have to make a few changes to fully get her back.

   okay, so i lied before. i am still an optimist. but i have a pattern, and even though season four may very well be over, my pattern is meant to be for the events that would take place if season four was to be like it was supposed to be. okay here it is. tell me what you think: season one- meredith and derek go through the whole season together, and crash down at the end. season two- meredith and derek go the whole season apart, and get together at the end. season three- meredith and derek basically go the whole season together, then break up at the end. season four (and maybe season 5?)- meredith and derek aren't together the whole season, and work out in the end! marriage? dream house? you name it. what do you think? is it possible?

   i hated that. HATED. okay, so it wasn't that bad, but honestly, since that was supposedly a "season finale" i think they could have done better. i feel like my hope for the show is lost. i've used it all up. i've been spending way too long hung up on meredith and derek, being an optimist, but i can't anymore. it's getting ridiculous. if shonda says she could never have meredith and derek apart, then why the hell is she putting us through so much pain having them break up over and over again? seriously, meredith says she can't trust derek, but really, i can't trust shonda.

   i agree marie...they just need to be happy, regardless if they're together or not. don't get me wrong, i ADORE meredith and derek together, but where they are right now isn't the meredith and derek we love so much from season one. all i want is for them to be happy like in season one, even if that means other people. who cares? rose isn't that bad anyways...and she's definitely the anti-meredith.

10. Crash Into Me, Part 2

    You know, I don't want to know what it was like on this website during season 2. I wasn't yet a grey's fan when that season first aired on tv, but dang, that season must have been hell for all the MERDER fans. we have to look on the bright side here during season 4...at least we know they still love each other and they have no obligations to anyone else as opposed to season 2 where they were apart the whole season, and derek had a wife. i'm definitely a huge MERDER fan, but i can't even imagine what it would have been like for those of you who have watched grey's since season one on tv. the way i see it, season 2 seems way more frustrating in the MERDER perspective than season 4 is, but that's just my opinion.
