    It would be great to have the Rose Derek story line play out this season. That way we could have season 5 be about Derek and Meredith moving towards marriage.

    Seems like, if the strike ended soon, they might extend the season into the summer a bit to finish it. That would only be it they finished the strike soon, it sounds like.

    I have to say that I have been just as excited watching this season as I was watching season 2! I feel like this season has been mirroring that season, with just the right amount of humor and drama. Plus, in that season we got, "pick me, choose me, love me," in this season we got Derek saying, "I want to marry you." In each season, so far, it has not worked out in them being together. Slowly, we are getting them closer to being in the same place emotionally and that is great! I have no problems with this season, I am loving it. Shonda has made some mistakes, all writers do, but I trust, overall, where the characters are going. Have hope!

    No reason to be angry with him. He has been honest with Mer, he told her someone else may come along. He was willing to give up that opportunity to stay with Mer and move forward. Mer wants to stay where they are because she is not ready to trust any man like that yet. Derek is guarding his heart now. I cannot fault him for that. I cannot fault him for trying to find happiness.
