Now that Izzie has milked the cancer cow, do you find it difficult to watch a show where the lead character, or one of the main, has cancer?

Favorite relationship and why??
i love,love.love.love.love mark and lexie!!!!!! they fulfill my awkward, nerdy girl/ hot sexy bad boy fantasy. not to mention my older man/ younger woman fantasy. maybe a little tmi. but i love them. she brings out the best in him. i think it's great. i mean he's been looking for a change in himself since bailey called him a whore. and this is the first time since then we've really seen him change. he's acting like a mature man. and she's acting like a mature young woman. she's not hiding in closets charting anymore. or pining for the affections of people that don't want her. she's growing. my only fear is that they're not ready for each other. but it was cute how he offered to wait 5 years for her. i love them!!!!

Here's to the Future/Now or Never: season finale
i've been thinking alot about the finale and there is something that has beenon my mind. forgive me if this has been covered... but i've been thinking aboutwhat shonda said in an interview.
she said that everything viewers wanted to know about the finale was in the first episode of the season. for the longest time i couldn't figure out what she meant. but now that the episode has re-aired i think i get it. and for this i have to say the woman is a genius.
the open dialogue via meredith goes: "we all remember the bedtime stories of ourchildhoods. the shoe fits cinderella, the frog turns into a prince, sleeping beauty awakened with a kiss...once upon a time, and they lived happily ever after. fairytales...the stuff of dreams. the problem is fairytales don't come true. it'sthe other stories...the ones that begin with dark and stormy nights and end in the unspeakable...it's the nightmares that always seem to become reality."
although i typed the entire thing, the finale was in the first sentence... meredith was cinderella. she settled into her relationship and herself. and was comfortable.
george was the frog prince. an undesirable average joe who jumped in front of a bus to save a stranger (who later refered to him as her prince charming) and izzie was sleeping beauty. although it wasn't with a kiss, her prince was at her bedside when she woke up.
i racked my brain over this and was ecstatic when i realized what it was.

season 6- McSeriously Obsested
i think they both could make it. altough with the facial damage t.r may not return, i still think george could make it. izzie could end up a veggie and george could get a new face.
then too izzie could die. i see alot of posts about george sending izzie back down the elevator. the problem with that is that george is in izzie's dream. not the other way around.
he's standing in denny's place, in a uniform he never got to wear. george is izzie's friend. when she needed to make a decision about her surgery all he did was comfort her. he is her comfort. and like denny, his position in her dream is one of unfulfillment.
denny never saw her in her dress and she never saw george in his uniform. she just knew he was going to the army. it was one of what could be her last thoughts.
