What in the world are we suppose to do until SEPTEMBER?? I'm already missing my Thursday night fix of GA! and its only been 1 week. (ha) I wonder if they will start reruns soon or just wait closer to Sept. and start season 4 over? I guess I'll just have to start watching my dvds of season 1, 2 3 and my tivoed season 4 until season 5 starts back. My sons are really looking forward to me erasing all my episodes of season 4 GA off the tivo beacuse they don't have much room to record any of their shows, BUT I told them they had to wait until season 4 is released because I still watch some of those shows over and over when there is nothing else on to watch. I read where the GA casts starts back in a couple of weeks and so maybe just maybe we'll start getting some spoilers for upcoming episodes. Oh well, its gonna be a long summer but at least a happy one with our Mer/Der reunited. Thats a good thing and I think I have watched that last scene of the finale...I don't even know how many times. It really makes me happy each time I watch it!

Baby Booo..the podcast is on the ABC.com website under GA. There is a section on podcast that you click on. Everybody should listen to it. It makes perfect sense.
I have been reading that the finale got great reviews and the ratings were definately up. I am so glad of that. ALot of the articles were stating that Grey's is back in a big way. I know Shonda and ABC is glad to hear such positive things ending out the season.
I also read on the ABC message board that we the fans need to do what we can to encourage the magazines to put Mer/Der on the cover since they have gotten back together. Maybe send some e-mails or something. Also, someone mentioned even e-mailing Oprah and have Mer/Der appear on her show together. I think that would be a great idea. We the fans all need to think about it and fiqure out a way to get our favorite couple back in the spot light!

For those that haven't listened to the podcast...There is no need to worry!
Shonda has reassured everybody that Derek WILL come back to Meredith. Nothing will happen to him. and Rose is NOT pregnant! She said Mer/Der will be together. Shonda wanted Derek to walk away to let Rose know because that was the right thing to do...Der needed to do the right thing this time before getting back with Meredith. She wanted Meredith to be standing alone to realize the accomplishment that she had made by admitting her feelings for Derek and finally dealing with what happened with her mother. The look on Meredith's face was also to show a look of "what now" because it was alot that had just happened to her. There was no voiceover at the end because Shonda wanted Meredith to be speechless with everything that had happened. So, by knowing all of these things it makes perfect sense.
Glad she does the podcast because sometimes it helps to know exactly what she was trying to tell the audience in a particular scene and that last scene as great as it was with Mer/Der did leave us the viewer with some unsettling feelings about whether something may happen to Derek. But, Shonda has put our minds to rest. I feel much better about things and can't wait until season 5.

Great Episode! The best episode so far this season and I thought the last 4-5 were great! For the first time it seems that it finally ended on a good note for everybody except for Alex losing Ava. That was sad but at least Izzie was there for him. The Mer/Der scenes through the entire episode was wanting you wanting them more and more together. You could see it in their eyes and expressions to each other. In other words the Mer/Der look was going on as it has the last few episodes. And finally the end, (which I wish it could have been longer than the last couple of minutes) but I'll settle for that since they are NOW back together. I loved what Meredith did for Derek. That was so romantic and naturally he loved it. I got the feeling of the old greys in that scene too. But to be the guy that he is and should be, he did the right thing by leaving to break it off with Rose. I wish he could have done it earlier at the hospital and that would have given Mer/Der alittle more time at the end. But thats ok, because when the new season starts back we'll be able to enjoy seeing them back together all the time and Rose will be gone! Again, I thought tonight was excellent!

I am very excited about the finale as well. Several of the girls I work with usually come over to my house on Thursdays at lunch and we watch the previous weeks episode of GA to get all pumped up for the new episode on Thurs. night. Naturally, with all the spoilers out there, we have all been discussing it at work wondering what all is going to happen. One good thing is Rose will be GONE after tomorrow night's episode! (I TRULY HOPE). And Mer/Der will FINALLY reunite. I truly hope Shonda gives us alot of screen time with these two and not just the last 5 minutes of the episode. I can't wait to see Mer/Der back together and to watch the chemistry between Patrick and Ellen sizzle. You know their scene will be magical and will be well worth the wait!

There are good spoilers on the ABC message board for the finale. Not sure if they are true but I hope the Mer/Der spoilers are. I can't wait to see them back together. Just the anticipation during the finale will drive us the fans crazy till the end! I'm sure the scenes with Patrick and Ellen will be magical !

I read some major spoilers today on another board for the finale. Not sure if they are true or not. I like the Mer/Der spoiler. I can't wait until Thursday night. I'm sure Patrick and Ellen's scene will be as magical as we are all imagining!
