1. Forever friends of Burke & Cristina

   hi ladies,

   hope you all had a lovely christmas.  we had a lovely time.  santa was good to all!!!

   not reading any of the spoilers but looking forward to tyne daly, just loved her in cagney and lacey.  you are right gloria, hats off to whoever cast her as der's mother!!!  good to see them getting something right!!!

   surprisingly season 5 is starting here on monday!!!  will be good to see on tv screen and not computer monitor!!!  usually new season doesn't start here until week after it has completed in states so i am very happy!!!  today and tomorrow they are showing grey's all day season 4 from 11 in morning each day to 7 in evening.  so have had a refresher course in season 4!!!  of course just have tv on the in background, not really watching it hee hee hee!!!  that's my story and im sticking to it!!!

   brothers and sisters season 3 is starting on monday also .... happy days!!!!   clashing with lipstick jungle though and also have to pick up one of children from sports activities!!!!  dont laugh, but havent mastered the art of recording yet!!!

   i wish you all a very happy new year and i wish you all health and happiness for 2009 and who knows i might even meet my mc dreamy!!!

   hello,

   where is everyone????

   what a brilliant episode.  best ive seen in a very long time.

   at least its becoming more apparant whats going on with izzie. and alex loves her, ah, that was so sweet.

   please get rid of that sadie one, i hate her and i hate watching any scenes that she is in.  and please, that callie, sadie thing, its disgusting.

   owen is really looking out for cristina.  she seems to be having a crisis of her own.

   lexie and mark, is it love or lust???  he seems to be genuinely into her.  what will derek and meredith say when they find out.  will they have to sneak around before they get caught???

   no mer/der boo hoo!!!

   was that the last episode before christmas?

    hi girls,

   how are you all.  im back.  had the most fantastic time in boston.  did LOTS of shopping.  had 13kgs going over and 34kgs coming back!!!  was stopped at customs, but thats another story!!!  had so many pairs of runners, you would think i was going to open a market stall!!!

   things are a bit hectic here at the moment but i just quickly read all your posts.  really excited to hear that tyne daly is going to be dereks mother.  its the first time i have felt excited about grey's in a long time.  she is just fantastic.  i used to love her in that cop show years ago, and with that girl from private practice in judging amy.  she is brilliant.  i just know those scenes are going to be brilliant.

   saw latest episode of private practice in boston.  season 2 hasnt started here yet. recognised addison's brother from melrose place.  looking good!!!  also saw latest episode of the desperates and brothers and sisters.  rob lowe, what can i say, he is just so handsome and would give mc dreamy a run for his money!!!  brothers and sisters season 3 hasnt started here yet, but we up to date with the desperates.  watched grey's from hotel bedroom on thursday night.  other two fell asleep, some fans they are!!! wimps!!!!

   ok, will write again over next few days.  michele, i opened your e-mail, but it closed on me, what i saw looked fantastic.  i will look again when i have more time, after the weekend, but what dedicated work you do!!! 

   rose, gloria, i hope you had a great thanksgiving.  gloria, what irish bars were you in???  were you shopping???

   hafsa, how are you???

   so, has everyone done their christmas shopping???  its in full swing over here!!!  i bought lots of decorations in boston.

   hi girls,

   great to hear from you all.

   am running around like a headless chicken trying to get children and animals organised for next week!!!  was waxed and plucked to within an inch of my life earlier today!!! anyway, just need my bath now, paint nails and put on some false tan, then its off to boston in the morning.  yay!!!! am so excited.  boston look out!!!!

   a very happy thanksgiving to you all. 

   gloria, enjoy NY.  i have spent many a happy hour wandering around macy's, century 21, jersey gardens and woodbury common.

   rose, best wishes to you and your family.

   hafsa, i know you dont have a thanksgiving, like ourselves, but im sure you have your graduation any day now, so enjoy.

   belgian grey, great to hear from you.  sounds like you have been busy.

   hi girls

   how are you all.  all is good here.  hope you are enjoying your weekend.

   i enjoyed this episode.  sadie is a nutter.  my first impressions are still that i dont like her.  i cant understand why the residents are not asking themselves why the interns are teaching themselves???  they are being left to do their own thing.  why is the chief not asking these questions also???

   i still dont get the izzie denny thing.  yes, i love denny, and wish he never died, but i just cant put it together.  is she having some sort of breakdown. 

   yes, derek, alex, meredith outside izzie's room was very funny.

   i wonder will mark and lexie get together.  he seems to have feelings for her.

   yet again, george was barely in this episode.  the past 2 weeks he only had a few lines. in only 1 or 2 scenes.

   bailey, whats going on there.  i didn't see that coming.  she is burnt out by the sound of things.

   poor callie, she got some whack on the nose.

   cristina and owen are finally making some progress on the romantic front.

   gloria, thanks for the e-mail with the mer/der scene.  i have seen it before though.  its not recent, its an extra scene from season 3.  its on the dvd.

   rose, how is your dad?  hi hafsa, you still watching the x factor?

   hi girls,

   enjoy the show tonight. 

   rose, not so much rain the passed few days, just misty and damp.  a soft day as we call it.  no doubt we will be frozen in boston although i checked the long range forecast and it is predicted to be not nearly as cold as when we were there same time last year. we are leaving on wednesday morning.  looking forward to spending thanksgiving in the states.  we see and hear about it every year but it will be nice to actually experience it.

   thats great gloria.  thanks a million.  looking forward to seeing it again.  the three of us who are travelling are grey's fans.  2 of us have seen it but one hasn't so it will be good to watch it again.  we have an early start the following morning.  we are going to the outlet centre at 5.00am!

   havent watched promos, so dont know what you talking about above!!!  my eyes and ears are closed!!!

   i know why tucker hasn't been in any of the episodes this season,  he sank to the bottom of the sea with concrete boots on in prison break!!!  maybe he will resurrect in grey's now!!!

   desperates is just about to start.  really enjoying it this season.  have always enjoyed it but this season is really good.  ugly betty is just ok.  will watch but definitely not as good as previous.  season 2 lipstick jungle started last night.  its so good.  im addicted to it now. 

   kids begging me to stay up to watch desperates.  they up late tonight as there was a big rugby match on, letting them watch prison break but then they are off to the cot!!!  school tomorrow and all that!!!

   hi rose, gloria,

   thanks for the information.  isn't that just typical.  the one thursday in the year when i am in the states and no grey's!!!!  we even made our restaurant reservation for 5.00 so we would be back in the hotel for 9.00!!!!  that's just desperate

   sorry to keep harping on about this but are they even showing a re-run that night on abc ????

   callie will be a huge loss if she goes.  you are right gloria, they seem to have huge difficulties continuing / expanding a storyline.  what are the writers doing??? where is the creativity, new ideas???  im no writer but even i have a little bit of imagination.  maybe that's why mer/der is so slow, they dont know what to write next.  the writers badly need inspiration.

    children all well, daughter out of hospital again, another check up later in week, then she should be as good as new.

    what do you all think of the latest rumours???? callie is rumoured to be leaving.  im not surprised.  i dont see where her story can go.  i do like her and i will miss her.

    looks like izzie is on her merry way aswell.

    are they all deserting a sinking ship???

    according to home page sadie to be mark's love interest not lexie.  sadie didn't make a good impression on me last week.  i thought she was very immature.  maybe she will grow on me.
