I agree. Not a shocker. But Sloan is not a very nice girl. I feel bad that her mother kicked her out.
It was a little rushed and I could have done with a little more MerDer 
but I always say that. It was a pretty good episode though, may not be on my favorites list but it's good.

Derek Shepherd is actually the coolest most amazing McDreamy guy ever! His character is just so amazing and is human-like with emotions and Dark and Twistyness as well as bright and shininess
