Hi girls. I just watched the promos. I cannot wait for Mama Burke & Cristina's scenes. They will provide some sort of explanation, I hope. I agree with Gloria, Burke loved Cristina and she changed him and he changed her. The finale simply did not fit. Completely out of character! I will be watching S4 for sure though, however it will be hard to watch without Burke. I really am going to miss him, he was my FAVORITE. It's actually really hard to imagine... What if IW had stayed on the show and Shonda had still done the finale the way it was because she "always had that in mind" for this couple? I wonder what it would be like for Burke & Cristina. Interesting. Oh well, I guess I had better forget about that! Okay well I hope everyone is well. Looking forward to the season premire! 20 days! PS - Bailey isn't in hardly any of the promos. Hi girls!! Phew, today is the first day I hardly have any homework or studying to do! How is everyone doing here? IAAG, hope school is going well for you. Gloria - I hope you have a fabulous time on your trip! That sounds really amazing. BF - If Wicked goes back to Toronto, you totally have to see it! That'd be great!!!!! I am going to watch the Ellen Degeneres show tomorrow! Thanks for letting me know lol. Oh and about the new cast picture, you're right! It's so sad not having Burke in there. It just feels...empty, you know? No Burke, no Addy...too much empty space! Miju - I don't believe I've welcomed you to the forum! Welcome! I agree 100% with all of your posts. I wish I could write that much but I hardly have enough time to login here as it is! Anyways, I completely agree about Cristina having another relationship this season. She needs time to heal, and I really would not watch if Shonda screws with Cristina!! Ok, talk to you all later. Hi girls, quick post. I just finished an essay for my Engilsh class so I decided to reward myself by coming on here : ] Hope everyone is well, I don't have enough time to address everyone individually. I have to agree, I loved the episode where Cristina did the voiceover, it was great. Her voice is powerful. And about the new GA magazine and what the person said about Cristina, I think that's ridiculous. She has gone through so much...Burke's tremor, the silence, saying yes to marriage after she didn't want to marry, dealing with Marlow [can't stand him!], having Mer almost die, and Burke leaving her, I don't think that person was watching the same show as we all were. Or maybe she was fast-forwarding through all the Cristina scenes. Anyways, I have to go. I'll talk to everyone later. Have a good Labor Day weekend! Hi everyone!! Okay I don't have very much homework tonight so I have time for a quick post before I start studying :/ My birthday was fun! My family came up here and we went out to dinner. I got some great presents :] And yesterday my roommate took me out to lunch, she is great! IAAG - We definitely have become really good friends!! You're great, have fun senior year! What colleges are you applying to for sure? Gloria - I went to the doctor and I got some new medication. I've been to the ENT specialist many times, I had my tonsils out 2 years ago. And yet I still manage to get sick with strep! Oh well, thanks for your concern! BF - I'm glad you like you're job! That's great you are finally enjoying it! Congrats! I love school! It's so amazing, it sort of feels like I need to wake up from a dream haha. Anyways, where did you find that show Living Single? I think Queen Latifa is really funny lol. Rose & Bayfront - The spoilers you both posted were great!! I enjoyed reading them! I'd really like to see Mama Burke & Cristina! That'd clarify everything, I think. So I agree with Rose. We all have different feelings about the upcoming season. I honestly don't know what mine is yet. It hasn't hit me that IW won't be coming back. At the moment, I have no comment about the new season except that I will be watching. Who here ISN'T going to watch S4? Okay, maybe that wasn't a quick post...but hey! Hi girls! I start my classes tomorrow, I'm really excited! However, I'm sick...again. I have an ear infection and a sore throat. I don't know what I'm going to do : [ IAAG - I miss our chats! Hey everyone! So I just saw the new trailer for S4. It looks really good! I decided I'm really excited, but I still want Burke & Addison to come back. Cristina is totally the next nazi & the MerDerLex love triangle looks interesting! Ugh, I hate Izzie & George! So how has everyone been? I hope you all are doing well. Stanford is really great. I'm a little nervous for the courses I'm taking, but that's fine, I'll manage. My roommate is very nice, she also watches Grey's! Of course, she's not as obsessed as I am, but hey...that's okay! Hi girls! I have a minute to myself. Everything has been so chaotic! Stanford is AMAZING and I'm enjoying myself so far. BF - Wicked was with the same cast that you saw. It was great! How is your new job working out for you? IAAG - I hope you're feeling better! Gloria & Rose - Hope you both are doing good. Anyways, I'm going to buy the new Grey's magazine. I only got a chance to glance at all of the posts that I've missed. I can't even think about this new season of Grey's. I'm going to miss Burke so much. I just don't understand how the show is going to bring the same excitement it did in S1, S2, and the beginning of S3. Ok, I have to go. Hi everyone! OMG BF I JUST SAW WICKED! IT WAS SO AMAZING!!!!!!!! I don't even know where to start. All of it was my favorite...haha. I bought a sweatshirt. The cast was just so amazing. I don't even know where to begin...I will try & get on tomorrow, but I don't think I'll be able to be on for another week or so : [ IAAG - Congrats! Right now I'm reading a book called The Chosen. You remind me of the boy in it. He gets hit by a baseball and has to stay in the hospital for a week or so and when he gets out, he realizes how much he misses the outdoors & his home! I'm glad you're home, safe. Gloria - That spoiler says that the show won't be leaving off Burke leaving Cristina. I wish it were, but I don't think that'll happen. I think it's going to leave off from when Mer & Cristina get back from their trip. Okay so I just want to say my goodbye's now, because I doubt I'll be able to get on tomorrow at all. So, joining this site has truly made a difference in my summer. It has been a remarkable experience meeting all of you wonderful people. You all have definitely become people who I consider close friends. I love coming on here everyday to talk not only about Grey's, but life in general. I know if I ever need cheering up, I can come here for it. You all are wonderul, and I love everyone! itsallaboutgrey, burktina forever, gloria, rose, cpk84, liliana, nurse4, belgian grey, bayfront, & anyone else who I may have missed, you all are my amazing Grey's family. I know I won't be on much anymore, but I'll be back every weekend after Grey's & we can talk. Wow, haha I never show this much emotion lol. It's not like I'm leaving forever, but I felt like I had to say all of those things. Anyways, talk to you all in probably a week when I get to Stanford [omg!]. I KNOW MEREDITH'S REAL AGE...32!
Mer went to Europe. Remember in the episode "Wishin' and Hopin'" when Ellis Grey becomes lucid? Meredith explains to her mother at the beginning of the episode that she went to Europe and then went to med school. Hope that was helpful.Posted 8/17/2007 1:00:00 AM #
