Hey girls! I'm doing better today, I woke up this morning feeling terrible, but I've been getting back on my feet. I was supposed to go to the Angel game, but I couldn't manage to get myself out of the house! I'm bummed too because they beat the Tigers :D Anyways, BF, I'm glad to see your shopping trip went well! Hey everyone. I didn't get a chance to get on today, but I read each post, and I've come to the conclusion that I dislike Shonda very much. Like Gloria said, she pretended to be IW's friend. That's just wrong. She betrayed us fans with that S3 finale, as well. So I agree with you all! [Bayfront, Rose, Gloria, cpk84!] cpk84 - I'm going to look for that show on TLC! Thanks! hey everyone. I'm on now, but you probably have all gone for the night. Anyways, I'm feeling much better now & I want to thank you all for your concern :D Gloria, I agree with you [once again!]. Seriously, what happened to that cast?! They had such amazing chemistry together and now it's all shot in the ass [excuse my language]. But I mean, come on! KH & TRK ran IW off the show by trashing talking him every chance they got. Ridiculous! Liliana, I know! The whole Burke dumping Cristina thing was so out of character for him! That was a really bad way for him to make his final exit. BF, I hope your shopping trip goes well! Hey everyone. I'm about to post my long comment lol. I'm still at home, sick. Not very fun. Okay here we go. First of all, I cannot believe that ABC is still commenting on the whole Isaiah Washington issue. They need to move on. Isaiah did, and now it's ABC's turn to. Personally, I think ABC is regretting firing Washington. It seems as if they're trying to say, "well, you know, he's just a bad actor". They're trying to convince themselves that what they did was right. It seems to be difficult for them because they KNOW they screwed up. They didn't think IW would get any offers to star on any new shows. However, it backfired right in their faces. Everyone is moving on, but ABC continues to badmouth IW. Not only are they badmouthing IW, but they're badmouthing NBC for hiring him. As if it were a sin to hire IW! Why does ABC feel the need to trash-talk IW & NBC? Do they actually feel like NBC is stupid for signing IW? Or do they realize they made a mistake in firing one of their lead characters? I don't think they thought this choice all the way through; they didn't realize how many people loved Burke & Burktina. Now the fans are disappointed and are threatening to stop watching the show. ABC should no longer be concerned with Isaiah's career. It's none of their business anymore. They chose to let him go and with that, they need to really LET HIM GO by not commenting anymore about his career. When they chose to fire him, they must have realized that that meant leaving him alone. He has nothing to do with ABC anymore. Bottom line is, ABC realizes their mistake & are trying to bring Isaiah Washington's career down. That's just my take on it. I don't know if it's correct, but I just had to vent. Just my opinion. And as far as Shonda goes, I think she made herself look bad. How can she say she didn't have a problem firing one of her top actors? I don't agree with that. She says how ABC never "imposed" anything on her, so is she saying it was her choice to let IW go? That's not the impression she gave a month ago. Honestly, I think there are more who are on IW's side than Shonda's [bayfront said that, too]. I don't think Shonda should have said the things she said. She made herself look terrible, I think.
