Always friends of BURKTINA, PRESTINA, BANG!
I like the idea of the S3 boycott or wait until they go on sale..... I have the whole S3 on DVD but I like to have the subtitles it helps me for the "finesse" of the dialogues and also to understand Derek!!! I continued to watch part of S2 last night and the idea that we will have to go one without Burke is definitely heartbreaking and impossible to accept there was so much "alchimie" between them. My dog also comes from a shelter I adopted him 4 days after loosing my beloved first bichon (also adopted from people who did not want him) and I am sure it is him who choose the little devil for me!! Sadly enough he is epileptic with crisis every 3 to 5 months.Posted 7/30/2007 1:00:00 AM # -
Always friends of BURKTINA, PRESTINA, BANG!
Hi thanks for telling me about this part of the site will read all the pages but now I am back watching S1 and I enjoy every minute of it. Gosh it is full of great scenes, the eye contacts, the body languages it was all perfect I even liked Izzie. Finally I am definitely a Merder and Burktina person. As for Shonda I totally agree with your analysis and I am glad IW had talks with NBC before he ust have known that the wedding scene was to get rid of him he is a smart guy. I am sure that when this show will be over (probably S4 mximum S5) the actors will start talking and then we will have confirmation on who the real Shonda is. For sure she's got no respect for the fans. Ciao for now.Posted 7/29/2007 1:00:00 AM # -
Always friends of BURKTINA, PRESTINA, BANG!
Thanks for your warm welcome. My time zone is GMT+1. I haven't had time to read all the pages yet but is Burke Backer back or did he completely disappear? I read the interview Shonda gave to Oprah in her magazine and I was disappointed but now it is even worse. I am convinced that when you do something wrong to someone sooner or later it hits you back. Time to walk my dog (bichon maltais). Ciao.Posted 7/29/2007 1:00:00 AM # -
Didn't We Almost Have it All
Pathetically soapy!!! Worst season ever!! Shonda has abused us that woman has no respect for the viewers she will loose so many fans worldwide. How did ABC accept this I thought their audience was dropping and needed to be boosted by good shows? Talking about bad management!!!!!Posted 5/17/2007 1:00:00 AM # -
The Other Side of Life
Did you listen to the podcast? These women are so self-content it pissed me off. Seriously over so said one year (that's what Shonda says in the podcast) we had 4 deaths directly connected to the interns 2 serious accidents (train and ferry) 1 resident had a baby + the husband who had also an accident 1 explosion 1 chief's tumor 1 head of department shot 1 abortion for Addie 1 alzheimer 1 dead dog 1 pregnant sister 1 wife that comes back 1 manwhore 1 appendicitis 1 near death experience 1 extra uterine pregnancy 1 chemical story Break ups, reconciliations, triangles, come on that's just a little bit too much over 12 months etc etc this is just so unreal. Actually we have been watching a soap. Now this stupid spinn-off Shonda definitely is going nuts. The good thing is that I will not be anxious to see season 4.Posted 5/4/2007 1:00:00 AM # -
Time After Time
A few funny scenes, a pathetic and boring Izzie like usual, enough of Jane Doe. Does anyone remember how old Izzie's daughter was when she first talked about her to the young girl? She was 16 when she got her and now the girl is 11 so Izzie is 27!! Will check this. On a scale from 1 to 10 my passion for GA is at 6 for the moment. The sparkle and the passion is gone what is going on they had 4 weeks to come up with a better story.Posted 4/20/2007 1:00:00 AM # -
My Favorite Mistake
George is lucky that he remembers something .... Believe me a man can easily forget that he had one night stand -- woman have a better memory for that. But I speak from experience I am not Shonda of course. I recognize so many situation that I saw or experienced during my professional life (40 years which ended a couple of years ago)and it brings up a so many memories. I must admit it was a good episode. Too little of Callie's dad, I always liked that actor. So 4 more épis and then we are done for season 3. Time flies.Posted 3/23/2007 1:00:00 AM # -
Scars and Souvenirs
I am sooooo disappointed with this epi it was empty for 80% or should I say very superficial. Where are we going this is becoming so boring I think I will stop waking up early on Friday mornings to see this show. What is going on with the writers are they tired or what. This is definitely not the best season of GA lets cross our fingers that the 5 or 6 last epis are better. I have the impression that Mer, Izzie and Callie have the same way of acting lately. Like I said for me personally I am not so passionate about it anymore. Is Shonda playing Russian roulette here or what? Only 1 epi in April and then mid May it is all over for this season. Lucky I bought Season 1 and 2 and I still watch them with a lot of pleasure which is not the case for S3. Shonda put yourself together please give us back the real GA!!!Posted 3/16/2007 1:00:00 AM # -

Scars and Souvenirs
Watch it for the second time actually it is all very subtle. You really need to concentrate on the dialogues that are not always very clear. That Colin Farlow reminds me of some guys having this "I know you're still so into me" attitude. I hate that and he is a bit old for Cristina no? McFadingladykiller.Posted 3/16/2007 1:00:00 AM #
