Yeah I really don't like Rose. Meredith seems like she goes at an extremely slow pace when it comes to settling because Derek as been married already. He's settled once before as we all know. And we all know that Derek can't be alone. I think Derek is messing this up for himself. Meredith will get there eventually. She said she hadn't seen him in over 21 years. PLus, Sh had to go through 4 years of college and then 4 more of med. So lets say she graduated at 17, 18, making her about...26.
