I am in South Africa and season 5 just started airing here a couple of weeks ago and what bothers me is that there are not a lot of mer/der scenes or any progression in their relationship. What happened to their dream house?
Another things is that I do not understand the whole Denny storyline, for me it is a bit weird!

Hi I am from Malta. I have watched all the seasons and episods till the one aired last night but from what i read it is a very interesting episod. I am dying to know what happens between Hunt and Christina and very sad about what i think will Izzie be going trough but i am sure she will have Alex with her. Mer and Der wishing the best of luck but something tells me this is not IT.

This was an absolutely fantastic episode. I think Meredith was faced with an incredible dilemma - and I tend to side with her on this one - although I do see the points made by the other side as well. Kudos also to Eric Stoltz - he gave me the goosebumbs with his performance.
Also nice to see Mark accepting Lexie's gentle care - they were so cute

Loved this episode and everything about it!!! BTW the little boy's name is Jackson, not Jefferson.
I think Izzy has a brain tumor, that would explain the hallucinations of Denny.
