It's a dream.....they wouldn't release a preview of that if it really happened. When they release sneak peaks it's never of the main drama of the episode.
Did anyone notice how she didn't broach the subject of the possibility of Derek being the one on the gurnee.....I'm glad Rose is gonna be out of the picture but I want to know if McDreamy is going to be ok....I'm sure he is but if he is in an accident of some kind I might die....

So for everyone who's yelling about how Alex and Izzie shouldn't be together because he called her a stupid bitch, let me ask you.....have you ever gotten upset with someone close to you and called them something....maybe not as dramatic as what was said here, but 10 to 1 you have.....they're humans too....people are allowed to get angry and laugh at others pain and say things out of anger....that doesn't make them evil, that makes them human we're also allowed to have differing opinions and not be attacked for such differing opinions.
I totally forgot about Mark....I hope he finds someone too....even though he's mcsteamy and loves him some sex, he deserves to be in love......
And theres always room for alex and izzie to grow....his intimacy issues stem from his dark and twisty past and I think he truly loves Izzie, he just doesn't know how to say it or respond to his feelings.
I also forgot about Callie and Erica....personally, I don't like Callie being with Erica....I think she and Mark fit together more....but that's just my personal opinion
As long as Meredith and Derek are together.....they can take as long as they need to get married....let Meredith work through her mommy, daddy, and commitment issues. As long as her and Derek are together, everything will be ok. As for Izzie....I hope they continue with her and Alex. They've always had this chemistry and he was pissed when she was with George. He wanted her and she said she wasnt ready and then she slept with George. They're meant to be. George and Lexie.....I think they'd be cute together.... Cristina....about damn time she found someone....I understand she was left at the altar and that does suck, but this is Cristina....she shouldn't mope like this....it's just not her....and Kevin McKidd is a sweet actor....saw him in Made of Honor with Patrick Dempsey.... I cannot wait for the new season.....it can't come soon enough
I already got the TV Guide because I have a subscription to it. One of the major things they talk about is MEREDITH ASKING DEREK TO MOVE IN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There's a bit more.....talking about the kisses and Kevin McKidd's new character. They say it's supposed to be a much happier season. Let's hope!

I think that this new person...whatever....will be just the kick in the butt that Meredith needs to tell Derek how she really feels about him....that she loves him too and wants to be with him....Anyone remember the speech she gave him in season 2 about when she met him she was done? MER, REMEMBER THAT!

I loved this episode. I was so scared before that Meredith would die, but she didn't, so yay! Patrick Dempsey was also at one of his bests, I think. It takes a great actor to be able to pull off that intense of emotion, and he did it exceptionally well.
