Alright sorry I'm alittle late with this, i watched the premire last night, because I had a huge test on friday and had to study thursday night! But anyway here it goes:
I hate this say this but someone asked me to describe the finale in one word i would have to choose 'dissapointing'.after all these months and all this countingdown, i feel like it just didnt deliever.
I feel like the whole atmosphere of SGH has changed. there was wayyy to much yelling in this episode for me. And now Callies at Mercy West? what? I feel like the mergeer is NOT a good thing. It will cut SGH airtime in half, most likely, seperating us from our favorite charaters we have grown to love over the past 5 seasons.

The other thing that bothered me was the lack of 'Grey' in the show 'grey's anatomy' !! Now I know Ellen was preagent, but I feel like at least for the premire they could have given her more of a storyline. This might sound crazy, but just a little inference, Is she going to become the next George O'malley, whose screentimde is so shoirt you can't even blink?!!
I also found myself frusterated with 2 people. The chief and Alex Karev. The chief is getting old and grumpy and he is deff. showing it. I felt detached from him this episode, his charater seemed so...off. And Karev. I feel like this episode gave us a rewind back to season 1 Karev. The jerk we all hated. I hope hope hope for Izzie's sake, he can get his act together, or else their marriage will most liekly fail.
I also hated the funeral scene, it just felt so disrespectful. I know that the writers inteneded to be a moment when everything gets so bad, the only thing you can do is laugh about it. But I didnt percieve it that way. I wanted to cry at George's funeral. George was my favorite charater and i wanted everyone to tell stories, reminse and cry! it really just felt so rude to me.
The last thing I'll say negivaly is the medical cases on this episode were just boring and really annoying. the boy and his mom didnt touch me, they just annoyed me! The mother was overbearing and angry and the poor boy was just embrassed. I have been in similar situation as the boy, with an shoulder problem that could not be diagnosised, my mom never acted like that, and that lady just disguested me. The other girl Clara was just so bitter and angry, I just couldn't stand her. The only good moment that can out of it was the part when she takes her first step.
Okay well I did like A FEW things. lol. One was Meredith's breakdown in front of George's locker. It was really going to bother me if she never showed any emotion and when she finally did I just felt relief.
Another thing I loved was the twist of Mark and Callie being next door neighbors. Omg i loved that. And lexie's face when she found out.
The last thing i liked were 2 charaters. Izzie and Arizona. I feel like Izzie's going to be a wholeeee new person after surviving cancer. She's stronger and more indepedenet and i really like that. And Arizona, I really liked her last season and I think I will again this season.
Okay, well thats my analaysis, feel free to read and ask questions, comments, etc. I'm sorry if I was so negetive, but I think now I realize that I didnt think it would be this hard to lose George. I feel like that underlaying grief really got me and made it hard for me to enjoy the episode.
OMG I cant wait! September 24th is only a month and two days away guys! It seems sooo long though! I'm so so excited to see how it all plays out, but i will heartbroken saying goodbye to george. alot of tears, im sure
Thanks! Its cool to hear someone elses opinons and ideas. The other day my friend and I were talking about this same topic and we also decided that George's death will have a big impact on Mark and Lexie's relanship. I think it will be alot for her to handle and she will break up with him.

At first, when all these came about, I felt so betrayed that Shonda would deprieve us of ever seeing George again, but now that it is all becoming clearier, I am starting to accept the fact that we will never actually see George's face again. I really think that one last apperence on S6 would have just been amazing. I definitly agree with all of you who said they didn't want to see George in pain or in a violent situation, but I would have loved to see George's last few moments.
I am really going to miss George's smiling face and positivity.
It's going to be a completely different SGH, without him. The thought lingering in mind right now, is how will everyone take George's death? I think Shonda will really suprise us with everyone's different methods of coping.
I figure Izzie will wake up after being shocked, and have no clue whats going on. Alex will have to tell her and that will probably be a very emotional scene. Lots of tears. I will be very interested to see how Cristina takes the news, considering she has such a tough exetiorer it may break her down alittle bit. I think that the person who will surprise us the most will be Alex, even though O'Malley and him always butted heads, I think Alex had alot of respect for them and they had to stick together since they were the only 2 guy interns. I bet he will take it alot harder than we expect. As for Callie, I could see her coping more privately and trying to conceal her feelings. And Lexie is also someone who I think will take the news especially hard.
Any other predictions? What do you guys think about Mereddith, how will she take it? And even the residents, who werent as close to George, like Mark and Derek? Bailey? The Chief?
It is deff. a funeral for George. Today on twitter I found a link someone had posted and it was some kind of a script. I was so confused cause it had people named "Andy" "Pam" and there was a Priest as well. Now it all makes sense!! In the script, Andy was an teenager who was getting tested for an STD and the priest was there for a *funeral*!!! I'm for sure its Georgie now. :[
OMG I agree with all of you who feel cheated by this whole George thing!! Its so unfair. I feel like we have all grown to love George, he's so relatable and so lovable, and I think that TR and all the fans were completely cheated. If those last 5 minutes of the finale were the last we see of the alive George O'Malley I will be so angry. He deserves a honable ending. Yes the military outfit was very honerable but he needs to leave us peacefully, with us knowing that he IS okay and that his death was for the better.
Agree with everyone who says this may not be offical until Shonda or ABC confirms it, or at least thats what I'll keep telling myself. The show is going to be so different without George. :(

Okay so I just got back from my friend and I's greys anatomy finale party and woah! that was an intense episode! After the episode we were talking and agreed that the O'malley thing was a shocker!after mer said '007' we both gasped and yelled 'GEORGE!" but anywayy....We were dicussing and we think that George will Die and Izzie will live. She thought that maybe it had something to do with the fact that Izzie was in the elevtor and George was already out, like welcoming her. And the episode ended with them shocking her one last time and maybe that last shock pulls her back to life and the elevtor closes and she lives. Not sure.. But O-M-G what an amazing episode!
