   Grey's alway has the promos make you think one thing when its not true :) I watched the Derek/Richard scene again and it almost seems as if Derek says "They're asking me to take your job." Then chief sounds pretty defensive when he says "Take my job." I think that maybe they cut off the front of Chief's sentence like he could of said, "There is no way in hell youre getting my job."or "They think they can just ask to you take my job." You know what I mean? A trick somehow? I remember that they did it also on a promo when Derek was like "I met a women last night." in the promo and Mer goes "Should I be worried?" and Derek goes "Yeah, you should be worried." But he really says, "Should you be worried I met a women last night? No. Should you be worried it was the highlight of my week? Yeah, you should be worried." So yeah, that's my thought process right now? Anyone understand a word I wrote? lol

   Although it sucks that Ellen Pompeo will be gone for a few episodes, I'm glad we get to learn about Derek. His story lines really do only revolve around women, and mortality rates. I'm glad we get to explore and learn more about him! I remember thinking his middle name was Michael from like the second season and then Addison said it was Christopher. Lol, I just hope Grey's keeps its same essence. ER was a great show but when all the old cast was basically gone, it didn't even feel like ER, it felt like a spin off. I do NOT want Grey's to turn into a spin off seeming show! Even if that means, I can't believe I'm saying this, less seasons! *ducks from food being thrown*

   Chief: And Adele wonders why I'm not interested in her anymore. I tell you, if she had any balls at all, she'd leave. But no, she plays stupid. Waiting for me to walk out. I came home the other day with a hickey, a hickey for God's sake! Like I'm some sort of sex-crazed teenager! And what does Adele do? Pretend she doesn’t see it.
