I thought it was a great EPISODE for its intensity and all but I didn't think it was a great SEASON FINALE. I mean, at the begginning of the night we didn't know if Izzie will make it, we still don't. We didn't know if George will continue, we still don't. Meredith and Derek weren't married, they still aren't (that was cute but not a wedding). Callie and Arizona are still in the same way, Mark and Lexie are still learning to be a couple, Bailey's marriage was forgotten for the better part of the season and now forced in.
I think a season finale should close at least half of the questions raised through the season and open new ones for the following season. The only story closed in this episode was Owen and Cristina's.
If you look closely at the promos, the one standing at the church is Alex. So, Alex and Izzie are getting married and Merder's wedding (i think) will be quick and eloping or something like that. I'm 85% sure of this.
Oh! For the love of God! Don't bring him back! That was the worst storyline in the whole show. Even worst than Gizzie! I hope that we are over it already.
Nothing. He received a call from Addison about her brother and when Meredith got there he had hidden everything. She found a piece of rose under a pillow and took it in her hand. Cristina continued to read with Hunt on her lap and Izzie left happily from the hospital holding hands with Alex.
This episode just had some little funny moments but wasn't a very good follow-up to the GREAT episode from two weeks ago.
I think everybody is forgetting that this is a FICTIONAL show and characters can enter and leave in any moment. I won't miss George because he has been lost for this season and part of last season. Gizzie was absurd and now the character is not the same. Just as happenned with Burke, he will leave and sooner or later he won't be missed.
Alex and Izzie are great! George is invisible to me, weak character. Callie and Erica are awkward and disturbing, hope that ends quickly. Meredith and Derek are very nice together but I sure hope the fighting and making up every episode stops. It woul be nice to see them facing something as a couple, together against the world and not fighting each other.
I didn't like it so much. I mean, I don't like what they're doing with Meredith and Derek. So they fight over anything in the first 5 minutes of the show. She wines to Cristina and he to Mark. They make up in the last 5 minutes of the show. Anyone who has a long lasting relationship knows that that's not all you do. When are we going to see them face something as a couple and not fighting with each other? And the Mark,Callie and Erica thing is not that interesting to me.
I do love Izzie and Alex back together, Lexie is becoming one of my favorite characters, Bailey is genius. George was in this episode like he's been for the las season and a have, invisible, nothing good, nothing bad, hope they go back to the past where he was a great character. Cristina is great too, with her interns, and in a relationship. I loved how she looked uncomfortable with Burke and is going to be fun to see her like that with Dr. Hunt.
