My son and I were watching the Celtics and the Pistons game tonight and we saw Ellen and her husband in the crowd at the game! The game was in Boston. I had just told my son that Ellen and her husband go to alot of those games from what I have read and then the camera panned on the lower section of fans ( at one end of the basket)and there they were. I was like, OMGosh, there they are!
I wish there was some way we could vote on who should be nominated and then vote on the winner. I know you can for People's Choice Awards..and PD won the last 2 years. Yeah! Hopefully, (Emmy, Sag and Golden GLobe) will continue to keep GA in the running and will consider EP, PD for a nomination at least and then hopefully the WIN!
I would love to see an interview of Patrick or Ellen about the last scene of the finale. Love to hear what they would say about it now that it has aired. I do know Patrick said when he read the last scene of the script, he thought it was beautiful. It reminded him of why Grey's was such a great show. (something like that). Sounds like our McDreamy is such a romantic! I just love him!
Since the cast goes back to work early (middle of June) to start filming season 5, maybe it won't be too long before we start getting some spoilers about upcoming episodes. At least thats another good thing to look forward to thru the summer months. And, yes, that would be great if the show started back in July, but it seems it will be in Sept.
I read on the ABC message board that we the fans need to do what we can to encourage the magazines to put Mer/Der on the cover since they have gotten back together. Maybe send some e-mails or something. Also, someone mentioned even e-mailing Oprah and have Mer/Der appear on her show together. I think that would be a great idea. We the fans all need to think about it and fiqure out a way to get our favorite couple back in the spot light!
I hope Meredith does propose to Derek! What better way for Meredith to finally show Derek that she loves him than tby elling him she wants to spend the rest of her life with him! Can't wait!

Regarding 'Grey's,' how do you feel about Shonda Rhimes' plan to get Meredith and Derek back together for good by the end of this season?
It's good. I have like a rainbow color of pages in front of me that I'm trying to put together in my script, and I just got to the final scene. And it's a beautiful scene where we get back together. It's really quite something. It's unexpected, I think, the way it plays itself out. It kind of gets back to the essence of what made this show so great.

At least I feel BETTER about him not admitting that he was definitely leaving the show at the end of his contract....he says he will wait and see what happens and how long the show will last. At least he is taking alot of things in consideration and how well his movies do. He also stated that KH was doing well balancing both the TV SHow and movies. The article also indicates that maybe they wouldn't be getting their usual summer hiatus and will continue working through the summer?????? And I Love how he always talks about him and Mer. I agree, PD looks GOOD no matter what he is doing! He's just naturally gorgeous! The above picture of him is just...WOW! I would love to be riding by and see him sitting next to a fence resting....I'd bring him a bottled water! (ha)
I saw this video of E with PD and MM on their new movie and he was asked several other questions other than about the movie. He touched alittle on that and his new deal with Avon and also GA. He was asked since he has SO much going on these days, when was he going to let go of his role as "Dr. McDreamy"?

Then he said how grateful he was for GA and if it wasn't for GA he would not be sitting there and answering these questions. He said I'll probably be there for a couple of more years. Then he said how he liked the mdecial stories that were coming up and he liked where his character was going and his relationship. He was having fun!
Even though I think we all knew they were under a "6" year contract and in two years they will be up ....I just hate to hear that, you know? I HOPE and have afeeling as BIG as PD is and being the star of the HIT TV SHow that ABC will do whatever they can to keep him longer than his contract states. Now whether he accepts that , we don't kow, but I sure hope he agrees to stay a little longer than his 6 years and hopefully he'll agree if they make it worth his while! You could also tell how happy he is with the new directions with Mer/Der! You never know, that may make a difference too in his decision down the road! Lets hope so! Here is the link.
I figured that the psychiatrist would be what helped Mer/Der get back on track! I hope Der also sees the doc, not just Mer. Them together would be even better! I know he is going to be so excited that she is doing this for herself. I don't know about you guys, but April 24th CAN'T get here fast enough for me! I have a feeling that these next 5 episodes are going to be GREAT!! And, again I have to say that I am SO THRILLED that Mer/Der are going to be together and I can't wait to see their journey together unfold!
I agree Ellen looks great here! I wish they would let her look like that as Meredith. And I'm glad to see her hair is still lightened. Hopefully, the show will let her keep that look.

I am thrilled about the Mer/Der news. I am a HUGE Mer/Der fan!! I have read that they are bringing in a therapist in these last few epsiodes which tells me that Meredith is going to FINALLY get the help she needs to continue to move forward. I can't wait to see how everything unfolds!

I wish we would get some pictures of the cast since they have gone back to work. It would be nice to see them back on the Grey's set like we did at the beginning of the season.
