   That's really a shame. George was one of the greatest characters on the show, and I'm really going to miss having him there. Even if it's only for a few minutes every episode, he really makes Grey's Anatomy a better show. I'll miss him =(

    You can't just replace George.
    As everyone else has said, TR has a way of speaking and acting that can't be imitated by someone else.
