    Hasn't the girl with no heart been on Grey's Anatomy before? She was the patient who's sister died and she felt really bad because before surgery she told her sister "i hope you die" because they were fighting... that looks like her!

    @greybaybay: The actress who plays the girl with no heart is actually the real life sister of the actress who played the girl who's sister died haha they do look alike.

    i don't think izzie looked annoyed, she went through a LOT in the past year, and i think she's still just trying to figure out what to do next. That's why she left in the first place. But I do feel realllly bad for alex, and his face is heartbreaking here :(. I hope they can work it out soon.

    I thought this was a really cool episode, it was suspenseful, and the camera shots where it picked up right after someone's line with a different angle was awesome. I agree completely with everything MK said. I hope to see more of the alex/izzie storyline, along with mexie, merder, etc. I'm also really excited to see the mystery person of owen (and mark, rumor has it)'s past. I'm also guessing that it'll be the new cardio surgeon for cristina, but maybe an ex girlfriend or something of owen's. overall, exciting episode, they worked really well around KH and EP's absences.

    I'm soooo excited they're doing holiday episodes! Those were always some of my favorites in past seasons. I agree with Shonda, alex and izzie are "meant to be" haha i know it's cheezy but they are one of my all time favorites couples, so i hope the holidays bring them back together. I also really want to see some merder, and mer/lexie sisterhood time. I also have really started to like mark/lexie, so i hope this mystery person doesn't break them up for good. the second i read about this person i thought maybe a long lost son/daughter? that could be a cool twist. can't wait!!

    i thought this episode was a big jumble of emotion and newbies all mixed together. i have to allow it to sink it, but wow the end almost made me cry. izzie (one of my favorites) getting fired, and then leaving alex! they're one of, if not my all time favorite couple, so i really hope they don't break up for good. something tells me they wont. i was also pissed at the chief for making it sound like alex said to fire izzie.

    but wow, gaile and jenmarie and lauren, now that you mention that...that would absolutely make sense, i hope that's what happens, i felt so bad when bailey was yelling at izzie.

    what?! i dont want izzie and alex to break up!!! before i didn't really care that much that there were gonna be additions from Mercy West, i wanted to give it a chance, but now that there's a possibility that one of my all time favorite couples could break up..this sucks! ughh im still keeping a somewhat open mind, but i love alex/izzie..so i really hope that nothing happens between them and the newbies.

    i actually also think Izzie will laugh. I've seen some pictures where izzie is crying, but also one photo where izzie is on the ground and (im pretty sure this was in a scene, its hard to tell from the pic) she looked like she was hysterically laughing, then crying, so I think she'll have a big breakdown, either way its going to be soo heartbreaking.

    ahh i seriously can't wait.

    This is a pretty cool poster, I think a poster with new cast pics would be great, but this is still pretty cool. I like the whole seattle/rainy theme and it is kinda depressing how it's somewhat dark because of the funeral, but I think everyone's right about the symbolism of it.

    i agree with !greys, and I think that if they include the core characters with these new mini mes, it would be really interesting and funny. I don't expect these new interns to be replacements at all.

    noooo this is so sad. i love both izzie and george, and even though im so happy that KH/izzie is staying, and even though i kind of assumed this was how it would play out, it still sucks and im really gonna miss him :(

    yesss im soo happy. as much as i love izzie and george, i knew that if i had to pick which one i wanted to live, it would be izzie. this is great news and it just makes me even more excited for season 6!
