The problem with my theory of this is a dream Izzie is having. That would mean none of season 3 up till now is real/true. Mer doesn't have a sister,Der is still married to Addie,George never married Callie actually there is no Callie. Oh this is just a mess!!! Now I'm back to square one with NO IDEA WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON!!!!

Mark/Lexie are good together as friends. Their scenes together are hilarious. They like each other as friends so, they can say anything to each other and not get offended. I think Mark may like Lexie a little but, I NEVER thought he would act on it. I think he likes the way she handles him. Lexie is not starry eyed for Mark.She is comfortable with him and he is easy to talk to. We all know Mark attracts woman who fall all over him. Remember when Lex told Cristina "I have No One". She is young and lonely. And Mer NEEDS and MUST step up to the plate to help her baby sister.
I'm not feeling Mark/Lexie relationship. I see them as friends. Him being older, like her brother or mentor for advice from a medical aspect. Lexie is Mer's baby sister. I really can't see Mark and her in an relationship. For no other reason, than she is Mer's sister and Der's to be sister in law. And just knowing Mark's track record with WOMAN. Which Lexie is NOT YET!!!! Lexie looks like she is 13yrs old and acts like it.
Sadie is Crazy. She is running around like she is still in college with the frat boys and congering up all sorts of problems. Mer/Co are in their growing up stage right now.They are entering into adult hood/responsiblities!!!! We are NOT trying to go back to their teens.

It's understandable that Ms Gavankar would want to move on. It's a sound business decision, that if I had been in her shoes,I would have taken also. Anyone coming in as an intern must relize they will never be out front in the limelight. The show is not about the interns. The only reason Lexie is out front is because she is Mer's sister. An that's fine.
People being added to a part in this show need to be told up front that the show is wrapped around the foundation of Cristina,and Mer/Der. McKidd fits PERFECTLY for Cristina and he now is moving in as part of the BROKEN foundation. (since Burke left). As a Greys fan since day one, I'm loving how the foundation is looking these days. I couldn't be happier!!!
That scene with Cristina/Mer running down the hall is fabulous and hilarious!!! I love my Cristina/Mer moments. They are priceless!! I'm an Mer/Der fan and an Cristina/Burke fan.

I am a Mer/Der and Cristina/Burke fan forever!! If this was season 1 the finale or the begining of season 2, I would not care. But, This is season 5 and all of us long term fans have great expectations for our favorite characters and their storylines. There are so many UNFINISHED stories that need to be told and this direction is NOT one of them.
So, right now I'm keeping a close eye on where this is leading. I for one have no problem changing the station or turning the tele off. (that's just me)
I know the scene shows Der telling someone they don't know everything yet and they have a lot to learn, but I don't think it is Mer.Even though it appears to be her.
I'm SOOoo happy that McHottie is back this week.
