   Why wouldn't she leave when her contract is up in 2 yrs? Patrick Dempsey's contract is also up then...Why stay on a show when you are only on the screen for a few second a week? Wouldn't it be better for both of them to get work which would give them more exposure? At least, Patrick did a few movies in the last year...
   
   Shonda isn't showing her stars to much respect in my opinion...

   Let us see that hot DerMer Chemistry..PLEASE..in the bedroom, callroom, linen closet, the trailer, livingroom, kitchen...anywhere they can get together.. We haven't seen any of it yet this season..AND WE MISS IT
   It's a little early for them to tie the knot, but building their dream house would be wonderful to see. Just give Meredith the independence and strength she had in Season 1 and 2. She has earned it, and give the girl a break.She is an awesome actor, whining just doesn't work anymore. We've had enough of that, Shonda.

   I was very disappointed with last night's 2 hour Season 5 Premiere. We didn't see much of Derek and Meredith, and when we did, they were more like friends than a couple.
   
   ELLEN POMPEO IS SUCH AN AWESOME ACTRESS!! WHY DO YOU, SHONDA, INSIST TURNING MEREDITH INTO A WHINY CHILD UNABLE TO MAKE A DECISION ON HER OWN CONCERNING HER LIFE WITH DEREK???? WHY DOES SHE NEED TO HEAR CHRISTINA SAY THAT IT WILL WORK OUT WITH DEREK THIS TIME? DEREK AND MEREDITH will always have some STRIFE, but they will work out whatever the problem is and go on with their lives. They are DER-MER. They belong together.
   
   In the finale of Season 4, after some much needed therapy, Meredith knew what she wanted and went after it...a home and family with Derek. Why have you made her revert back to being whiny again?
   
   NOT ALL OF YOUR CHARACTERS HAVE STARTED NEW, SHONDA. YOU ARE NOT GIVING A MEREDITH THE CHANCE TO START FRESH. WHY ARE YOU TREATING YOUR "STAR" SO SHABBILY? YOU HAVE DONE SO SINCE THE BEGINNING OF THIS SHOW...
   
   Seattle Grace has a "foremost, world reknown brain surgeon, the best in Plastics, the best Drs. etc. So why is their rating a lowly 12? The Chief is suddenly treating Meredith like the enemy and blaming her for the low rating? This is the same man who promised Ellis Grey that he would watch over Meredith for her? He used to treat Meredith like a daughter, and now she is barely tolerated? Is he finally starting to feel guilty about the part he played in her life by having an affair with her mother?
   
   Last night's premiere was very boring, and even knowing that Rose is leaving didn't excite me at all...and I waited 4 months to see her leave,,,

   I HAVE AN IDEA!!!
   Why not bring David Beckham in as "THE MAN WHO CATCHES MER'S EYE THE WAY INSIPID ROSE CAUGHT DEREK'S" in his totally selfish, unMcDreamy state? (The kiss he shared with Rose made me want to vomit in my mouth and I found it very depressing) SERIOUSLY! A mega sexy man like Becks, who wants Meredith from the first eye contact. She can use someone like him right now to prove to her that there is someone who still thinks she is "lovable" and "worth waiting for while she heals". That she is not 'all dark and twisty and unlovable'. Becks is way beyond sexy. He could fall for Meredith the same way Derek did the first time he saw her. Only this time there is no sex involved. Meredith doesn't make that mistake again. Make Derek stand up, and take notice and realize he is making the biggest mistake of his life, by acting immaturely, stupidly, and very selfishy. He is the one who said "WE'RE DONE", WALKS AWAY, AND GOES ON TO PLAY WITH INSIPID ROSE. Mostly, he really doesn't want the Insipid Rose. He wants "The Love of His Life" in his arms, in his life forever, but it may be too late, it looks like Beck may be succeeding in winning Meredith's heart. He is putting a smile back on her face, lessening the pain in her eyes with his British accent and poetic words, winning personality, gentleness, patience, and McYummy face and that body..Derek will have to work to get her trust back, and so he should..this time it should work and Meredith and Derek's life should finally be blessed with a postive aura surrounding them..there's been enough gloom and doom in Mer's life and enough pain and negative karma in Derek's.....
   Can our hearts take McDreamy, McSteamy and Becks on the screen at the same time?? SERIOUSLY????? I THINK WE CAN TAKE IT.
   Bring our Gorgeous McDreamy back. Let him look at Meredith the way he used to with such love in those gorgeous blue eyes..the chemistry between those 2 is rare. They make Grey's Anatomy what it is. Their scenes together vibrate with the sexy tension between them and that's what we all love so much..that's what we all crave and have seriously missed since Season 2's finale..bring it back to us..

Beck is beyond sexy. He could fall for Meredith the same way Derek did the first time he saw her. Only this time there is no sex involved. He wants the "Love of His Life" in his arms, and it looks like Beck may be succeeding in winning Meredith and putting a smile back on her face with his British accent and poetic words, winning personality, patience, and McYummy body and face..

   blue eyes and leslie, SHAME ON YOU! how can you judge Ellen Pompeo so harshly when you don't even know her? She and her husband Chris are close friends of Patrick, Eric and their wives. These people are actors who portray what the writers of the show write in their scripts and do an awesome job....
   You are both so angry...I would be more than happy to IM and help you if you would like.... :)

   Grey's Anatomy has the greatest cast ever. Rhonda did picked the perfect actor for each character and the talent is unbelievable. The guest stars have been the greatest and I love the surgeries and illnesses portrayed, and look forward to new ones. To say that I have never been this hooked on a show in my entire life is an understatement. I have the DVDs and the soundtracks of the prior seasons and eagerly await for Season 4 to go on DVD. It's wonderful to have the writers off strike and I can hardly wait for the next episode to air. WELCOME BACK EVERYONE!!!! I'M SO HAPPY THAT YOU ARE BACK!!! SERIOUSLY!!!! :)

    Derek and Meredith do belong together. SERIOUSLY!!!! Why can't they work on their issues and find happiness together? Why can't they agree to go to counceling as a couple and save their love? Why bring Rose into their lives? I don't like or trust the insipid Rose. I don't like how you have changed Derek and have made him a whiny, selfish, immature man who no longer wants to help Meredith grow from the intern he says she still is, and help her heal patiently like he promised he would. Yet, he expects her to trust him. He makes promises he never keeps. He pushes her, because he knows she will back away and he can go to Rose. Life doesn't work that way. He knows what she's been through in her life. He has contributed to her insecurities, trust issues and fears. He's been a witness to the events in her life with her mother and father. Her life has been nothing but pain, abandonment, put downs, disappointments, death, and negativity. Ellis Grey did not deserve the word Mother. She was a cold, unloving, complaining woman who didn't want her and had no time for her, and she came very close to breaking Meredith. Her father is a weak man who abandoned her as a child and blamed her for his wife's death. He slapped her when she told him of her death, and drunkenly and verbally abuses her in front of everyone on the surgical floor on the day of his wife's funeral and Mer's intern exams. Derek knows all this. She has no self esteem, sees nothing in herself that makes her a lovable human being because no one has ever stuck around long enough to show her that she is worth loving. Derek, who has told her he is her knight in shining armor and will always show up, doesn't always show up. She is generous, supportive and good to her friends and is a wonderful, intelligent doctor. Why can't she have love and happiness in her life? Why must only negative things happen to her? Doesn't she deserve anything bright and shiny and positive to happen in her life??? SERIOUSLY???? She and Derek were so happy in Season One. She truly loves him, but fears stops her from commiting herself to him completely. Who can blame her? He wasn't honest with her, he didn't tell her he was married, and when Addison showed up, he left Meredith and went with Addison. Once again, Meredith is abandoned..how can she not be dark and twisty? When she starts seeing Finn and it looks like she has found someone she could be happy with, Derek once again steps in and makes love to her. In season three he tells her he is in love with her. He can't stay away from her. She is in his blood. When she has to make a choice, she remembers what he told her. When he had to pick, he had picked wrong when he chose Addison. She has never stopped loving him, so she picks him over Finn. Isn't it time to heal Mer and Der? Give them some happiness. Let them get married and build their house with the gorgeous view..let us see a happy, monogamous, sexy couple and let them have some fierce arguments and some steamy makeup sex, we need the makeup sex....
    make Rose a stalker who has been planning to get Derek for herself for sometime. She wants him and she knows that he and Meredith have had problems in their relationship,(everyone in SGH knows about their issues) she uses that and says and does everything she knows Derek needs to hear because he is vulnerable, angry and hurting. He won't realize until it's almost to late that Meredith IS TRULY the love of his life, the only woman he wants in his life, the only one he wants as the mother of his children until it's almost too late, and Rose has almost destroyed both of them..Please Rhonda..give us a MerBride and a McDreamy Groom. You can't put all that chemistry to waste...SERIOUSLY!!! After 4 seasons, don't we derserve it? SERIOUSLY???? It's just an idea...pretty good one tho' don't ya think? SERIOUSLY??? :) Please give us our Meredith and Derek lovers together and happy...it just won't be Grey's Anatomy if they aren't.....

    A picture speaks louder than words as this one does...it clearly shows us that these two genuinely care for each other and have great chemistry. They are not just actors they're also true friends. In all the photos I have seen of these two, they are always smiling at each other or laughing. They are totally comfortable in each others company and enjoy being together...it's wonderful to see.

    How depressing!!!!! I SERIOUSLY think Grey's Anatomy is SERIOUSLY over. How can it go on if Derek and Meredith cannot work out their issues and work on their relationship. Shonda and the writers have never given her a chance at anything positive. They have only given her negatives in her life, they have never allowed her to be happy for any length of time...and that has impacted her relationship and love for Derek SERIOUSLY, and he has his own issues to work out also. They deserve to be happy together...I cannot believe that Rose is the answer for Derek. There is something about her that is not right..I don't trust her...I think there is evil in her and she will end up hurting someone. Maybe Meredith so she can have Derek all to herself, because he will never stop loving Meredith... anyone else have these feelings?????

    I've been reading many forums and boards lately since I'm new to Grey's Anatomy, and I find that many people are so angry and really vicious for lack of a better word toward Meredith/Ellen Pompeo.She is a beautiful young lady and a very gifted actress. She has to be in order to convey on screen what the shows writers and directors require of her...so why all the meaness toward her? Also, she does not look anorexic to me. She is tiny, and so is Sandra Oh. Why no concern about Sandra's size? So is Patrick's wife, Jillian. She is thinner than Ellen. Why pick on Ellen about her weight? She has a beautiful round face, and has a gorgeous body, breasts and legs. She doesn't have the look of an anorexic girl. Her hair is thick and healthy looking. I am very small and NOT ANOREXIC. It really bothers me to see the hatred and venom that is thrown at Ellen by some of the viewers of Grey's on the lists, boards and forums. None of the haters know her except what they saw on Punk'd. Who knows how you would have reacted? And who are you to judge? That was one time. Don't you ever have a bad day??? My God, isn't there enough hatred in this world? Must we throw it at characters on TV too now??? I bought the CD's
    for Season's 1,2,and 3,Of Grey's and downloaded Season 4 and am very disappointed about what and where the writer's are going with Derek and Meredith...She has had nothing but negative things in her life and now Derek has finally broken her heart and is deserting her again....no wonder she has issues and can't trust anyone and has a hard time committing and trusting...wouldn't you? Isn't it time something good happened in her life? Rose is not the answer here.Derek thinks he wants Rose. He's attracted to her...he thinks she wants what he wants..but she really isn't what he thinks she is, there is something about Rose that I don't trust... And Derek doesn't realize that he is leaving the "love of his life". He is not thinking right now. Hopefully he will wake up before it's too late and Meredith moves on. Maybe with Mark Sloan? Wouldn't that wake Derek up really quick?? He is not innocent in all of this..He has many issues too..It's time to make changes..the writers better get to work or Grey's is OVER!!! I will no longer watch if changes are not made for the good for all of the characters...Grey's has the best stars and they should give them the best scripts..it's too depressing to watch anymore of the continuation of season 3 and 4...
