Arizona and Teddy? I think Arizona was just being nice and polite. Also, when Teddy set Cris straight was a glorious moment for Arizona, since I think she's still upset about Cris dishonesty on Peds.

Everyone is entitled to their opinions about KH/Izzie. I dislike both and to be honest, the show has been great without her but that is me. I wouldn't be devastated if she left. I only tolerate her for Alex's sake.
I think it'd be too easy if she wasn't his daughter. Easy way out. Hard would have been Mark dealing with the fact he's a dad and future grandpa.

The crossover was last season, when Derek removed parasites from Archer's (Addie's brother) brain in SGH. Naomi and Sam went with her.
Supposedly, the next crossover is this season when Mark's 'daughter' finds out she's pregnant and needs Addison's services. Then she needs more surgery or something like that and they end up returning to LA.
PP is pretty good these days. Much better than the first season and some of the second. It's like GA but grown up.
FINALLY. I love their five second moments but this is what makes MerDer great, the ability to move forward and stop being in the vicious circle. Love it.
Mmm...I think that by work related almost confirms that Mer isn't going to make her interest in Neuro. Or that Derek will be Chief while the Chief gets some help...
Good episode. Kinda eh but the final 15 minutes were great. I really didn't think the woman was going to die. I felt so sad for Addison.
Also...Addie and Sam? Originally Sam wanted to date Addie but Derek got to her first? I like the idea of them together (not as much as Bailey/Sam). Also, the ending? "You're not Naomi" "You're not Derek", I can understand Sam since he still lives and sees Naomi on a regular basis but can't Addie fully let Derek go now? It makes me sad for her.
I also thought very similar situation with the groom and bride. I love Charlotte. She may be my favorite PP character.

I think Bailey is still grieving George in a Bailey kind of way, not being able to say anything, otherwise, instead of Arizona, it'd be her the one to tell the Chief off during Derek's surgery.
I had the feeling that when JPJ said that the Chief was going to do some soul searching (the exact same words that PD used for Derek's drunk pity party) that he'd hit the bottle soon. I have to admit that it makes me excited to see the Chief hit rock bottom and come out of it. I think Derek will be his helping hand and that he's going to be Chief temporarily until Richard gets back on track.

I can't say that it's unreasonable or unfair that she takes this time. Obviously she has a legal right to it but I can't help to feel that other actors in the show that have become parents (EP, PD, and CW) are more committed to the show since they have not missed on any episode or have taken time off for anything, including parenthood and it doesn't mean they aren't good parents.
Also, maybe KH hasn't said the words: I don't want to be in GA anymore, but her actions say so.
I can kiss Jackson instead (since McDreamy and McSteamy are both taken...). I like his nasty but hot attitude. He's the only one that can stay.
I like Arizona (and JC) but to me, it was soon to have her have the entire episode by herself. It felt a little of disappointing after the Derek centric, which to me is the best of the season, so far. Still, she delivered GOOD scenes.
Back to the same thing, are we? Izzie isn't infertile but the IL2 may have some serious damaging that she may not be able to carry a healthy child for birth.

I'm right there with you. I'm all for a Mer centric episode (as it should be) or even better, another Derek centric episode. These two deserve more airtime.
IMO, I hated Izzie from the get go. She is judgmental (seriously, did she HAD to care that much about Mer sleeping with Derek? Or the look she gave Mer when she said she didn't want to get herself tested to donate her liver? The constant mocking of George's crush on Mer?), self-centered and self-righteous. As a character, she's definitely the person that I can't root for. Obviously, her recent attitudes haven't been that good, so not really making things better. Doesn't mean I want her dead or erased or all the evil things but I just want her to return to her supporting status.
I'll admit that my dislike for Izzie was added by KH's comments on the show and the fact that Grey's Anatomy became Steven's Anatomy. Everything revolved in her cancer. Nothing else. I wished that during that time, we could've explored more of Hunt's PTSD or Derek's dark side. All of that was thrown as a side dish while the cancer was the main dish.

I'd assume that under all of those circumstances the real emotion would be depression, not anger or pissed off. If she is THAT pissed off, I assume that there are other hospitals in Seattle, right?

From my experience of watching this show, people also want a sense of reality to it. Personally and professionally and part of that is having both sides of life. The good and the bad. Too much drama is jumping the shark. This show used to be a good dramedy.
Cristina (just as Izzie) having a baby would be a crash and burn situation right now with Teddy coming and her devoted love for surgery. Everything that makes Cristina Cristina would be broken if she gets pregnant and I'm sorry but I love Cristina way too much to see her character fall apart and while at it, bring down Hunt to raise the child on his own.
Cristina is in her dark and twisty moment (isn't that enough?) by having to 'whore' herself out for surgeries that aren't her specialty, lacking of a mentor, and a quite problematic boyfriend. To me that baby storyline would be the catalyst for Cristina Yang.
On the other hand, for Meredith, it's the next step and just because she is in a good place now does not mean that it isn't problematic as well. I can see Mer freaking out with a desperation not to become her mother and Derek fearing out to end up like his father, dead. Later that same balance of work and home life. Plenty of drama can come up from this. Not that I want to see that much of the drama.
Marriage is also hard work. So far, we've seen the honeymoon stage with MerDer. Although if you read critics, they all are happy that they're finally this way because another slip like season 2/3/4, would definitely be catastrophic. Besides, they're bound for hard times so it's isn't all peachy.
Besides, Meredith is already 32/33 and Derek 41. If they want to have a healthy child and live to see them get through life, they need to get going soon. If Mer waits to get through residency with her specialty, it's a good bet that Derek will be a father by his late 40s.
Not necessarily. By saying 'Not that I know of' is a huge sign that he hasn't been an one woman guy, so it's most likely that she is his daughter after all.
Besides, no one said that he knows her. And if he did, he'd probably know her as a baby and now truth is coming out.

I beg to differ. Just because Mer is on the same stage her mother was, doesn't imply that she'd be like her. If her therapy helped her at all, it'd show us that she can be a different type of parent than Ellis was. Exactly by that same reason is why I want so badly the McBaby storyline. It'd sure bring out a hell of performances, drama, happiness, all and all between Derek and Meredith. Derek isn't Thatcher. Mer isn't Ellis. I can't believe that SR would pass on seeing this play out.
For Cris, it'd be a bad situation having a baby (is this why you want to see it?). She has lost her path in surgery and is trying to get her act together. Hunt is in no place to be a father either. I don't buy that he's already cured of his PTSD. I do believe that in the event that Cris is pregnant, SHE would be like Ellis. Mer would do different. That, I can assure you.

Lexie is drinking wine on the promo pics for 6.10. Although you are allowed to drink wine after the second trimester (one of my aunts had this sort of treatment to lower her blood pressure), so she's not.
Izzie having a baby would be catastrophic for GA in so many reasons but particularly, for her relationship with Alex (they aren't even on the same page) and it'd be a slap in the face for MerDer fans (and PD for that matter) who have lobbied this idea for a while now and got shut down by SR's baby comments.
I saw the CTV promo and I swear that I'm dreading Izzie return each time more. She has to take responsibility for her actions, so I hope this type of 'blackmail' doesn't work on the Chief. I can't believe that I'm actually siding with the Chief here.

I loved Mark and Addison (after Alex and Addie), so I'm all in for this. I really didn't want Derek involved for Meredith's and Addison's (why should she also have to suffer watching the life she wanted). Thank God.
