I too cried like a baby seeing you and Izzie die at the end ...it literally broke my heart....thank God for DVR cause I kept rewinding and playing. My children and I have followed the storyline from the very beginning and needless to say they were crying right along with me. George and Izzie please don't leave. It just wouldn't be the same with out you guys. You guys are apart of the foundation unto which Greys Anatomy stands on.

I love George... or..well...T.R. Knight, even if he does leave the show (which would make me sad) at least he left on a high note- he showed a multitude of different emotional ranges and acting ability. I will be please to see his career as an actor ignite. Its discerning but an actor can only play a character like George for so long before they are tagged and written off in the profession. I hope to see him on the big screen someday though, or maybe a series with more focus and face time on his character.

When Grey lose George for whatever reason they lost a fan in me. He was my favorite. I liked Burke too and they threw him away too.
No one left now but maybe Dr. Bailey and maybe Christina but none match the 2 they lost or threw out

I am sooo excited for the new season, i really hope they surprise us and bring George back. I love him and the show will not be the same without him. It would be such a great twist if they revive him and give him his role back the writers are the reason he wants to leave they suck! Bring Omally back, hes the best!

I am sitting here in tears. I have watched Grey's Anatomy from the very beginning and I will miss the character of George O'Malley. I understand the reason's for T.R. Knight leaving the show, and you have to admit, we have not lost very many since the beginning of this show. Only the characters of Burke and now O'Malley are gone, and the show will go on, just as strong and good as before. Good luck in the future T.R. Knight.....you have a wonderful future ahead of you! And I will remain a faithful fan of Grey's.......

I just have to say that there isn't any show on TV that I watch with any regularity accept Grey's. I absolutely love this show! The medical stories are interesting and how they solve some of them are absolutely amazing. The personal lives of the Doctor's are easy to follow and fun to watch even if most of the story lines are sad.
George, what can I say. I have know idea why most people here are saying you are there favorite character. I find your character annoying, self righteous, and gay.
I am glad the writers finally decided to kill George off! (And I hope he does not come back as a ghost!)
George was the only week character on the show. He needed to go.

I just saw the first episode of grey's anatomy season 6. I cried my eyes out... i'm really really really disapointed that george isn't there anymore.... I do understand TR's decision to exit the series but i don't wanna miss george!!! Major fan from the netherlands....
