Q: Any good Grey's Anatomy scoop?
A: Yup, and you're gonna want a hanky when it comes to pass, I have a hunch. The show is casting an 8-10-year-old male patient who wants to live but is realistic about his prospects of doing so. In other words, he's only gonna last three episodes.
Q: ... Tell me when Cristina Yang's amazingly awesome army doctor (Owen Hunt) is coming back to Grey's Anatomy!
A: Kevin McKidd returns briefly this Thursday, and then in full force next week. Speaking of air dates, please note that Melissa George's bisexual intern debuts on November 13, not November 6 as I stated last week. In my defense, bisexuality confuses me.
Six sneak previews of tomorrow's all-new episode of Grey's Anatomy, "There's No 'I' in Team," are live, and in typical fashion, they-re jam packed with romance, humor and conflict.
We'll start with one, with the rest of them after the jump. Derek shows Mer a cover of a medical journal detailing their clinical trial ... but it looks like only he is credited for it...

Maj. Owen Hunt made quite an impression in the premiere of Season Five. Now it looks like he's coming back, according to this Grey's Anatomy spoiler on E! today ...
Q: Where is "Major Hottie," aka Kevin McKidd, on Grey's Anatomy? I was hoping he was going to be a regular. Do you know if he's coming back? Please, please, please let him come back!
A: Hey, wow, look at that. My calendar says fall sweeps begin Thursday, October 30. How weird. I wonder why I just noticed that? All I know is I hope Cristina (Sandra Oh) and Major Hottie are as on as I hear they are, and that certainly would be a good time to kick off a romance!
This week on Grey's Anatomy, Derek (Patrick Dempsey) is officially moving with Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) and you know that's going to result in plenty of nakedness drama.

That's not all, though. Not only does McDreamy discover Ellis Grey's journal, but his presence in Meredith's house results in some major tension between her other roommates.

A: Maybe they need a third party to spice things up? If so, help is on the way! According to my Grey's Anatomy snitch, when Melissa George debuts as Seattle Grace's latest bisexual intern on November 6, we'll learn that she has a history with - holy lipstick lesbians! - Meredith.
Needless to say, Dr. Derek Shepherd is very anxious to find out the exact nature of their history (were they friends without benefits or with benefits?), and (presumably) whether or not it can be repeated. In front of him. Repeatedly.
Q: Alex and Izzie spoilers, please! I've loved them forever!
A: Then something tells me you're going to fall head over heels for next Thursday's episode, which may feature a big Alex-Izzie smooch. And by may I mean definitely will.

Q: Could I pleeeease get some Grey's Anatomy spoilers?
A: Here's your Grey's Anatomy scoop: The long-simmering Mer-Der-Izzie-Alex quadrangle comes to a head this week. Okay, maybe "long-simmering" is a bit much. Basically, Derek gives Meredith an ultimatum about their new living arrangements: "If I move in, your friends [i.e. Izzie and Alex] must move out." I won't reveal how the housing shake-up plays out, but I can tell you that by the end of the episode a new classic TV odd couple will be born. (Hint: The unlikely duo may or may not include any of the folks listed above.)
If the two videos we posted last week weren't enough to get you excited for the return of Grey's Anatomy after its week hiatus, we're pretty sure the three (!) additional sneak previews of this Thursday's new episode should do the trick!
Two of the three clips are downright funny.
In the first video, a lunch between the residents quickly turns into a fight, junior high style. In the second, George prepares for attempt #2 at the big test. Finally, Mark (who apparently knows about Callie and Erica) gets into a hilarious exchange with the ladies about it.

A: Alex and Izzie contemplate moving in together next week. Well, one of them contemplates it. The other one just says mean and hurtful things.
Q: Any good Mer-Der news?
A: This is more Der than Mer, but the October 16 episode will feature Patrick Dempsey naked, save for one strategically placed pillow. That's pretty good, yes?
