Brace yourselves! Here's a two-minute sneak peak of the upcoming season premiere of Grey's Anatomy, "A Change is Gonna Come." Our interns are all grown up... and bossing around newbies like it's their job! Which it is. Anyway. Here's the clip.

The new interns have arrived. Meredith meets her sister and Cristina can't find Burke. Lexie is, in fact, spelled with an e. Former Grey's stars Isaiah Washington (Bionic Woman) and Kate Walsh (Private Practice) will very soon be going up against each other for ratings on Wednesday nights.

A lot has changed, and this promises to be an interesting fall at Seattle Grace and beyond, that much is for sure. In preparation for the big night, we've put together a gallery of photos we found for the season premiere, "A Change is Gonna Come," which premieres two weeks from Thursday (September 27).

Feast your eyes on two Grey's Anatomy promotional videos we learned about last night. Some clips shown in there we've seen before, while others we haven't. Either way, these videos should get discussion going and get everyone a little more excited for Season Four (if that's even possible)...

On Monday, September 24, ABC unveils new episodes of its fall shows. Here's a minute-long promo for the fall season, which includes some clips from Grey's Anatomy and Private Practice, as well as other ABC hits.

The long-awaited premiere of Season Four of Grey's Anatomy is officially slated for Thursday, September 27 at 9 p.m. We can't wait.

Just a quick clip of the first promo aired by ABC in advance of the upcoming Season Four premiere of Grey's Anatomy. It doesn't give too much away, but it offers some nice little images of what's to come...

ABC has been showing sneak previews for some of its returning shows this week, so we're guessing that you might get a glimpse of what's to come in Season Four (which starts September 27) during tonight's repeat.

We will try to get any previews of the new season up on our site as soon as possible. In the meantime, we'll be watching "From a Whisper to a Scream" tonight with hopes of seeing some future Grey's Anatomy clips.

As you know, "Walk On Water" was painful to watch the first time. Now that we know Meredith doesn't drown (sorry if we ruined it for anyone out there), it was a little better the second time around.

Tonight, ABC will be showing an episode from fairly early in Season 3 an hour later than usual. At 10 p.m., "Don't Stand So Close to Me" will be aired, giving us another chance to see this memorable episode.

Recent events and secrets strain the relationship between Preston and Cristina, the latter of whom is also ostracized by her fellow interns. Meredith's half-sister, Molly, is admitted to the hospital, while Mark and Derek (and many others) must mend fences and work together to operate on two close-knit brothers... who'd love to be a little less so.

Tonight, ABC will be showing the one of the best episodes of Season 3 at 9 p.m. In "Six Days (Part I)" and Part II, Meredith battles her past and her abandonment issues as Thatcher Grey returns to the hospital with Mer's half-sister Molly and her infant daughter. Meanwhile, Derek battles insomnia as Meredith snores. Loudly.

Elsewhere, George's father survives his heart surgery, but the procedure to treat his cancer proves futile and puts the O'Malley family in a difficult place. Alex and Addison get closer as she pushes Mark away. Preston recovers from surgery, but repairing things with Cristina is another matter. Izzie and Callie, meanwhile, treat a patient who is literally bent out of shape.
