Access Hollywood host Billy Bush talked to Kate Walsh about her one-episode return to Grey's Anatomy and wonders if she's back to "sleep with every doctor she forgot to."

"I love you seeing you [that] naked!" he said.

No word on how Addison Montgomery's return to Seattle Grace will play out, but we're looking forward to seeing Kate Walsh back on the set!

The redhead is back! ABC has confirmed that Kate Walsh, whose spin-off Private Practice is on hiatus until fall, will return to Grey's Anatomy as Dr. Addison Montgomery for one episode this spring, Entertainment Weekly reports.

Executive Producer Shonda Rhimes is still fleshing out the script, so no word yet on when Kate Walsh's episode will air or what the premise will be.

ABC will air five original episodes of Grey's Anatomy beginning April 24.

The last time Kate Walsh (as Dr. Addison Montgomery-Shepherd) was seen walking the hallways of Seattle Grace was in the series premiere of Private Practice, which is the 2007-08 season's second most-watched new drama.

In the Private Practice pilot, Addison said a tearful goodbye to Seattle Grace to start a new life at Oceanside Wellness Center in Southern California.

Nearly four months after getting hitched, former Grey's Anatomy star Kate Walsh, 40, and her husband, 20th Century Fox production executive Alex Young, 35, enjoy a laid back afternoon while walking with their dog in the Hollywood Hills.

Kate's role as Dr. Addison Montgomery-Shepherd (estranged wife of Patrick Dempsey's Dr. Derek Shepherd) was only supposed to be for a few episodes of Grey's Anatomy, but overwhelming response from fans kept her going for two entire seasons until she left to pursue her very own Private Practice.

Former Grey's Anatomy star Kate Walsh celebrated her 40th birthday in style Saturday, welcoming co-stars past and present to Parc Lounge in W. Hollywood.

The Private Practice actress was joined by Grey's Anatomy friends Sara Ramirez and Justin Chambers (along with his wife, Keisha), along with her current Private co-star, Taye Diggs and his wife Idina Menzel. Some photos:

It's Sexual Harassment Day over at Private Practice, and the show's cast and crew are clearly less than thrilled about having to attend a studio-required lecture on the perils of inappropriate compliments in the workplace.

Kate Walsh, who endured the same seminars during her three years playing Dr. Addison Montgomery on Grey's Anatomy, is overjoyed that the job of doing press for her new show has provided her an excuse to slip away.

Opening the door to her modest air-conditioned trailer, Kate Walsh reaches into her refrigerator for some bottled water. Within just a half-hour she has downed two bottles. Keeping herself hydrated, along with getting acupuncture on a weekly basis, has helped the 39-year-old remain focused.

But Kate Walsh concedes she's not yet totally secure at her new TV home, which strikes her as a bit odd, considering the circumstances.

"I told my husband, 'I haven't really found my groove yet, and I've been playing Addison for almost three years!"

Walsh's husband (of just two weeks) is film exec Alex Young, who reminded her that Private Practice is new: "A whole new cast, scripts, location and crew."

A trio of talented actors from the Grey's Anatomy family are featured in a new ad campaign preaching tolerance for gays and lesbians.

The Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD) on Tuesday released 25 new public service ads that it will encourage TV networks to air.

The ads feature celebrities talking about either the power of anti-gay words or the importance of accepting a gay or lesbian family member.

T.R. Knight, Sara Ramirez of Grey's Anatomy and Kate Walsh (formerly of Grey's Anatomy and now the star of Private Practice) all made their own ads.

Alexandra Billings, a transgender actress who appeared in one episode of the hit ABC medical drama, also participated in the GLAAD ad campaign.

Former star Isaiah Washington, who is filming Bionic Woman after not being offered a contract to return to Grey's Anatomy, was not included, although the actor filmed a separate PSA on behalf of GLAAD that aired on ABC earlier this year.

GLAAD did not specifically seek out Grey's Anatomy stars, Damon Romine, the organization's entertainment media director, said.

After just one month of dating, and three months of being engaged, Kate Walsh and Alex Young are officially husband and wife.

The wedding took place Saturday at the Ojai Presbyterian Church in Ojai, Calif., with a reception at the Ojai Valley Inn & Spa.

Some of Kate Walsh's Grey's Anatomy co-stars, such as Katherine Heigl and fiance Josh Kelley, T.R. Knight, Chandra Wilson, James Pickens Jr., Justin Chambers and wife Keisha, along with Shonda Rhimes, were in attendance.

Also attending were actress Kate Beckinsale and her director husband, Len Wiseman. Reports indicate that approximately 110 guests were on hand.

A lavish reception was scheduled to follow at the Ojai Valley Inn & Spa's Casa Elar, a Spanish-style estate where guests enjoyed sit-down dinners.

Wedding planner Jo Gartin of Love Luck and Angels had decorated the estate with hundreds of candles for an intimate atmosphere.

Kate Walsh, 39, will play her Grey's Anatomy character, Addison Montgomery, on a spin-off debuting on ABC on September 26, Private Practice.

Just last week, the TV star told Entertainment Tonight that with her career and her engagement to Alex Young, "I'm living a very good dream."

Young, 35, is a production executive at Fox. His proposal to Kate in May was discovered after she was spotted her wearing an engagement ring.
