Grey's Anatomy Spoilers: Romance For Bailey!
Grey’s Anatomy creator Shonda Rhimes has a Christmas present for us.
Okay, it's more of a Valentine's Day present, since we won't get to see it until then. But following her painful separation, Miranda Bailey's long romantic dry spell is over!
The lucky guy? Actor Jason George.
He will begin taking Bailey’s breath away in mid-February as anesthesiologist Dr. Ben Warren. The show's creator and executive producers promises good things then.
“We’re excited that Dr. Bailey’s going to be getting a little bit of loving,” Rhimes recently told TV Guide. “When we first read her pages with (Jason) in the read-thru, the actors went, 'Oooo.'"
"It’s really cute to see Bailey get some attention.”
Jason George is coming to Grey's Anatomy.
George may be recognizable from the ill-fated What About Brian, Eli Stone and Eastwick. Rhimes personally fell in love with him one of the stars of her (unaired) pilot, Inside the Box, which also starred recent Grey’s Anatomy visitors Kim Raver and Sarah Drew.
Rhimes says Dr. Warren take awhile to win over Miranda. “True to Bailey’s style, when she first meets him she doesn’t like him,” Rhimes teases. “But she learns to.”
How long might he be sticking around? “It’s been delightful to put them together,” she says. “We’re going to see what the chemistry’s like and see what happens.”

Jason is a BABE!!! He is absolutely lovely to look at. Puhlease any physician on hat show would be LUCKY to have him into her. Figure out a good and long storyline for this character -- Dr. Ben Warren.

Bailey was a person who kept her marriage away from SGH as long as possible. We didn't see her domestic arrangements, so the one off scene we saw doesn't quite mean that she was married for over 10 years and that it was a disaster all the time.
Bailey weighed up whether she was able to have a family and her career. Her career did kinda start being all embracing, did she ever go home?
But I'm not surprised that Bailey's marriage failed, and I 'm kinda sad that she's got to get on the finding another life partner merry go round

People if they have to get rid of people they need to get rid of the Mercy westerns if they aren't going to do anything with them. I think they already server their purpose especially Reed and nose dive. Jackson still have something going on with Cris but if they don't start something quickly they need get rid of him too.
As for PrP and GA coming together, it will only be a crossover when they come back that it, PrP and GA will not become one show. Shonda said on twitter that they don't have any more crossover plan after the one airing Jan 14. So that rumor is bullshit pardon my french.

Happily?
Are you watching the same show?
She never consummated her marriage visually or even verbally in reference to it. The most she did was kiss him on the cheek in the kitchen as she was leaving to go to work.
The show is an ensemble piece involving the five interns not a star/ supporting piece.
Lots of viewers view the show for different characters not just one particular character.

Bailey was happily married until mid S5

Bailey was happily married until mid S$, so how could she be involoved with all the relationship roundabouts and swings. Bailey was almost a moral compass for everyone else, and she let them know what she thought.Bailey is now getting to be on a par with everyone else, she aired her problems with her father very publically.
But I am worried about overdiluting the number of frontline characters story lines by introducing so many newbes. To have scenes of 20 secs of the center cast and have longer scenes with potaotheadnosedive, ramblin Ratner etc is now unnecessary cos Ellen's back
