Alex has every right to walk away Izzie ignored him and then showed up at Seattle Grace randomly i'm not jumping to any conclusions or saying my opinion seeing as i'd rather watch the episode :)

He fired her and she should have gone and not come back. I hope that Alex divorces her and moves on with Reed.

I think Iz turning up will cause the chief to stress out bigtime. At the end of a promo he says 'get out of my hospital', I'm wondering if he says it to Iz. Somehow Iz will get back into scrubs again, surely? But she hasn't done her solo surgery yet,so she'll be catching up again under some sort of supervision surely??

If I could do cartwheels I would be doing them now cos I'm sooooo happy the namesake character lead of GA is back!! I have missed Mer so much.
I just knew that Mer would have to work with nosedive Percy, cos the producers are forever pairing up Alex with whats her name, and Cris is going to see a lot of Avery.
In the third year of a surgical residency, do the docs try out all the different types of surgery?
I think Cris has been rather lucky in the cardio gods she has worked with, 3 docs who are top notch, so anything else will seem like slumming to her.

Personally, I don't think that Izzie was being a bitch or having an attitude or whatever.
If anyone noticed, Izzie has a kind of half-smile on her face when she turns around and sees Alex. Of course, Alex kinda looked hurt and because he doesn't know what to do or say to her, he turns away. And then Izzie turns away after Alex turns away.
I think she just doesn't know what to say to Alex either. And at this point the misunderstanding between them hasn't been cleared up. (At this point, Izzie still thinks Alex said something to the Chief and got her fired.) Maybe she expected him to apologise or something but obviously Alex didn't cos he was still hurt... It's like a big case of misunderstanding UPON misunderstanding for me.
Just wait for the actual episode and we'll see... can't wait!

Well Meredith have ben going through a lot since SEASON 2, and she was always there!! Go Mer I hope we have a lot of Meredith, not having Izzie getting all the screen time ughhh. After all it is GREY's Anatomy not Steven's Anatomy!!

He was hurt seeing her and she didn't even say anything to him. I hope he divorces her and starts dating Reed. Or just starts dating Reed. Izzy didn't care she screwed a married man why should Alex care if he screws someone while still married. That boy deserves some happiness. He is so pissed off all the time. And I don't blame him. Instead of going to her husband and getting some advise on what to do. She says her job was all she had left and leaves him. He should have been the most important thing in her life. I wish they would just fire her and let her go make movies. Shonda Rhymes GET RID OF THE DIVA!!!!! PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i don't think izzie looked annoyed, she went through a LOT in the past year, and i think she's still just trying to figure out what to do next. That's why she left in the first place. But I do feel realllly bad for alex, and his face is heartbreaking here :(. I hope they can work it out soon.

great to see Meredith back but i can't really say that i'm all too thrilled about Izzie. I get that she had this huge story line but it would really help if it wasn't all the time. I know i'm probably going to get chewed up for saying this, but personally to me it just feels like they spend more time concentrating on Izzie and her problems then on anyone else.

No it isn't everybody's anatomy. It is probably going to be Steven's Anatomy again. Was so sad when she got fired. But they should have left it at that. I loved what they did making the doctors shine for one whole eppy. I was wanting to see who was going to be next. Now I know the diva is going to be back and we won't get to see Bailey-Alex-Lexie-Mark-Cheif-Callie-Jackson-Reed-Mer-Charles-Christina. Have one eppy focused on them. It has been all about Izzy for months now. And I think it is time she got put on the back burner. I'm glad that Mer is back. I missed her and I"m sure Chris is glad she is back. Damn Ellen is a freaking trooper. She gets pregnant and has her baby and don't miss and eppy. The Diva adopts/makes movie and she is gone for a month. Looking forward to tomorrow night. Looks like the chief tells Izzy to get out of his hospital. Yayyyy!!!! LOL!!!

I don't think she looked annoyed at all. I think she is trying really hard to feel righteous... but instead is feeling guilty. Whenever we try to convince ourselves we didn't do something wrong, we get mad. Mostly at ourselves. But because Izzy loves Alex, she will be mad at him. Just like he is always mad at her when he's really mad at himself, or the universe at large. lol
OMG!!! Finally some sneak previews! This episode looks so good!! I agree with everybody poor Alex, he was waiting for Izzie to come back but not like this!! At least she got her IL2 in another hospital!! Looks great can´t wait until tomorrow!!!

But I'm glad Meredith is back. And I wish something more would happen with Jackson and Cristina!
